Well maintained condo. Place was clean upon arrival. Nice to have a grocery store close by and be close to the pool. Beach gear is located on back porch in closet.

We have stayed in this complex previously and this property is great. Located close to Princeville center for groceries and shopping. Great walkable area. Championship golf close by as well. Everything was as described and well stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was nice, very comfortable beds, Appliances and furnishings a bit old and outdatedThere were several big stains on carpet and upholstery, some were easily cleaned.No response from management when asked for more toilet paper.Great walking distance to the beach and nice restaurant nearby

Great house! Very comfortable for our family of five. The kitchen was decently equipped and it was nice to have a room with AC. BEAUTIFUL and safe community. We loved how close it was to Hanalei and Anini beach. We would definitely come back!

My family and I were pleased with our stay. There’s 4 adults, 9 and 13 year old grandkids that stayed here. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, items for the beach, good kitchen items to use. The place was clean and in a nice area. It’s perfect for a family. The pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it. The only thing it’s missing is it being on a beach front, but for the prices wanted for beach front places, this is very well priced for all you get. The beach was near by, grocery stores, a few shops, and restaurants close by. Princeville is a beautiful area and other parts of the island are not that far of a drive away. Glad we stayed here

Relaxing Stay

This is a quiet and clean property with nice amenities. We are a family of four and everyone had plenty of space. It was a great home base to explore the North Shore beaches and sites.

Cozy home. Perfect for families.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was cozy and comfortable for a family of 4. Could have easily accommodated another person or two. Good location to sites on the north island. Close to shopping plaza with grocery store and restaurants, and an easy drive to Hanalei Bay.

Awesome time

Great place to stay. Very clean and very well equipped. the condo is very conveniently located for all north shore activities. It is very easy to reach Hanalei beach and to plan your hikes to the Napali coast. It is also very convenient to walk around Princeville and to its beaches. The community is very quiet and we used the barbecue non-stop during our stay.

Only one room had AC. I do think that ac should be moved to upstairs since heat rises. But besides that it was a great place!

Kauai in January

Our stay was good. There were some discrepancies between the pictures and the listing but nothing that hindered the space from being used. The a/c in the master was nice as we are from AK and arent as accustomed to the heat. The response time was very quick and check in was easy.

Cute home base for north shore adventures

Great property. Walkable to stores and Willey beach. Wifi was reliable. You could do remote work from here. Kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were in good condition. The pool was a nice bonus. My only concern would be if you have young children because the kids bedroom is upstairs in an open loft.

We're delighted you enjoyed your stay and found everything you need! You are 100% correct about the upstairs loft making this property unsuitable for young children, we don't recommend it unless children are at least 5 years old. Older kids will love having such a large room and their own bathroom upstairs :-)

Just right for our family

Great location for day trips all along the coast. Safe area and right across from the pool. Having the Foodland grocery store right up the street was super convenient. The accommodations need a bit of updating as it was pretty outdated and run down but it had all the creature comforts we needed. There have been lots of comments about the loft bedrooms not having AC but our kids were perfectly comfortable with the large fans they had pointed at each bed. We greatly appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear made available to us.

We loved how quiet this property is and how close it is to beaches and Hanalei on the North side of the island and pool. We didn't like how parking was difficult due to construction happening in the area and we were expecting forced air air conditioning, not a window unit in the downstairs room and air towers upstairs.

A Nice Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and well stocked. There was problem with the washing machine but the rental company addressed it promptly. We enjoyed the Dolphin restaurant and Postcards, both close by in Hanalei. Tiki Iniki in Princeville has great cocktails.
