Près des commerces sans en avoir les inconvénients (= pas de bruit notamment dans le jardin pour les repas). Accès à pied à 2 plages très différentes (Bonne Source et La Baule-Pornichet). Très grand sous-sol très frais. Wifi rapide.

Merveilleux séjour en famille. Annonce conforme à la réalité. Très bien située donc tt à pied.

Parfait pour de belles réunions en famille ou amis. Maison très spacieuse, bien équipée, lumineuse et vraiment très bien placée. Nous avons fait tous nos déplacements sur Pornichet à pied.
