New comfortable villa tastefully furnished, large living room open onto large wooden terrace 150M2 and 8X4 swimming pool, summer lounge, barbecue. 4 bedrooms, 2 with shower rooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, 2 fridge / 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, espresso coffee machine, internet, connected TV , TV in all rooms. Possibility of baby bed, changing table and high chair. The villa enjoys exceptional calm in the mimosa valley, just 15 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Cannes, 40 minutes from Nice airport, it will be your haven of peace on the French Riviera. Our villa combines all the pleasures, calm, a clear view of the Tanneron, the swimming pool, the sea, the walks, a pleasant village to live in, and all that very close to Cannes, Antibes, Juan les pins, Nice, for more fun activities! We will do everything to make your vacation a success, reserving you the best welcome, in a neat and clean house.

Amazing Villa with spectacular views

We had a fabulous week in Pégomas staying at Karine’s amazing villa. The location was perfect and within easy reach of Nice, Cannes & Monaco. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with comfortable rooms. The pool was perfect for our family of 5 and the Mountain View’s were simply stunning. I would highly recommend this villa for a family or group stay.

A paradise of peace and tranquility

Lovely modern house with all amenities. Amazing mountain views close to Cannes with 15 mins by car. Lovely pool and most of all wonderful hosts who ensure the stay is pleasurable. Definitely recommend for a family vacation on the beautiful Cote d’Azur

Lovely place with a perfect view

Very Nice house, so clean. A very Nice outdoor area. Karine and Philips were very nice to communicate with when we had questions during the stay. We were there with our friend and 4 teenagers. They loved to play in the pool with the cool light when it was dark. We would definitely recommend to stay at this nice place. Close to a giant supermarket

The house is even better than the pictures show. It was just great!! We only didn’t know we had to pay for towels, sheets and cleaning because the booking didn’t mention this But Karine took care of it. We can recommand this place with the nice swimming pool and beautifull view to everyone who has a car ( it is outside the village)

Unsere Vermieter Karine und Philippe waren spitze. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp in Englisch.Das Haus und der Pool wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Küche super eingerichtet. Eine große Kühl-Gefrierkombi mit ausreichend Platz für Lebensmittel für acht Personen. Zusätzlich noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Zwei Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Toller Panoramablick ins Tal. Sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

All you need for a villa holiday

The property and pool were just as listed, in fact the photos do not do the property justice. The downstairs space and pool area were exceptional with a variety of places to relax in the sun and there is always a shady area outside. This is a very modern property with all amenities you need to enjoy your stay. We were two families with young children and the bedrooms were a suitable size but eight adults might have find it rather close for comfort. The owner would benefit from providing fans in all the rooms as we were advised not to use the air conditioning if there were people sleeping upstairs. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return in the future.

Thanks for your comments, I would have to change the photos, I had already had this remark. for the air conditioning, you could quite use it, but the heat also rises, it quickly becomes stifling upstairs. we will equip all the fan rooms, it's a good idea. Superbe séjour

Nous avons passés dans cette villa un magnifique séjour, elle est parfaitement conçue pour y passer de bonnes vacances dans un endroit verdoyant et très calme. Très bien aménagée sans surprise par rapport à l'annonce. Idéal pour deux familles de quatre personnes comme nous étions. L'accueil de Karine est charmant, je vous recommande cette villa.
