Le Clos is located in Nimes, 10 minutes from the city center and 2 km from the motorway exit, but in the countryside, with animals, and without any noise or visual nuisance.

The Clos extends on one hectare, with garden, swimming pool bowling, various spaces and dependency. (mazet, sheepfold, henhouse, garage)
 There are sheep, chickens, and Bounty, the bitch of the house: An adorable bitch that absolutely seduces everyone!

The house, very warm and extremely light, is pleasant. It is surrounded by a vegetable belt, and the only sound is that of cicadas and birds; a real haven of peace!
You can do all the noise you want! You do not own anyone!

In addition to its large garden, the house has 2 terraces:

The west terrace with pool, shower, pergola with garden furniture and dining area, summer kitchen with griddle and barbecue, HIFI Blue Tooth chain to party .....
It is equipped with sunbeds and parasols .....

On the other side, the south terrace, cooler in summer, because it is on the ground floor, has a set meals, parasol, sunbathing, hammock ...

Under the big pine tree, the big lit boulodrome, you will reconcile with PETANQUE.

In addition: ping pong, baby foot, water games, children's games, society, balloons, children's bike ....

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and whirlpool, 2 toilets, laundry,

A kitchen with large dining room overlooking terrace, and a large living room.

.The large living room, very friendly, has a beautiful fireplace, with a grill and a turn broach ..... chestnut hair, and flambadou. (Wood provided).
TV big screen, DVD player, stereo, wifi throughout the house, office .... board games, cards ....

Beautifully designed, fully equipped, the house has all the amenities, and offers beautiful spaces, functional and friendly.
The various spaces allow everyone to have privacy.

Advantage: no neighborhood, surrounded by greenery, but close to the city center and 800 m from the first bus. We really feel like there on holiday, even ourselves!

The house is really well equipped for a good holiday. There is something for all ages and all tastes. Full Kit BB: cot with linen, high chair, potty, baby monitor, toys, buoy BB, BB special pool area, pool alarm, table & chairs children .....

We have at heart to satisfy our guests. Moreover, to make your holiday more soft and light, we have provided for your arrival, a welcome drink and a small gift. We have equipped the house with all these little pesky things to take when renting: dishwashing liquid, dishtowels, sponges, laundry, salt pepper, vinegar oil, toilet paper, sopalin ...), and even the ice cubes all ready for your first drink!
Little extras: Possibility of babysitting on site (my daughter of 32 years and mother of 2 children can keep your children day or evening.
