Recently remodeled, this vintage cottage combines old-world charm with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it's perfect for girls' weekends, family vacations, or hiking trips to Enchanted Rock. Exceptionally clean, it's nestled in a quiet, historic neighborhood, just two blocks from Main Street. Enjoy shopping, dining, and more within walking distance.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by (a life size 5'10" replica of) Taylor Swift herself!

The Swiftie Hideaway is designed for both fun and relaxation. Unwind in the elegant clawfoot tub, or enjoy the private outdoor space for some fresh air and leisure time.

Our "Midnights" living room includes lots of TS memorabilia perfect for selfies and a comfy queen sleeper sofa. Sing your heart out to vinyl albums (Taylor's Version, of course)!

The "Calm Down" kitchen is full of whimsical surprises, but also stocked with all of the amenities you need to prepare a full meal.

Luxury linens, ultra plush mattresses and extra pillows ensure a restful night's sleep in your choice of 3 different TS themed bedrooms.

Newly remodeled "Speak Now" bathroom with walk in shower and all the extras including a fluffy hot pink TS robe.

Fantastic stay

We had a great time at the Swiftie Hideaway! The house is quite large, and has a nice patio outside. The beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. The house itself is decorated so nicely, and you can really tell the time and care that went into its decoration by Kathy. The location is close to Main Street, and we had no trouble finding it or getting Ubers/rides from the house.Kathy was also quick to respond to any questions and super helpful with anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this home!

Loved our Stay

Had a wide range of ages, 58,36,33,26 & 5. We each loved our stay at the Swifty Hideout. Had everything we needed and plus! Short walk to Main Street, good size backyard and a beautiful charming & cozy house.Highly recommend a getaway here!

Swiftie perfection!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was adorable and brimming with TS decor and done so tastefully. It was easy to find and breezy to access main st. Our host was super sweet, communicative, and accommodating. She went above and beyond for our stay. Would absolutely book again!

This place was amazing! Such a big hit!

We booked this place to make a weekend out of picking our 9-year-old up from camp. She was absolutely blown away when she walked in! Every detail is fantastic for a Swiftie, but not at all tacky. Just perfect. The location and comfort of the house would be a win for anyone -- non super-fans included. The host was very helpful and gracious. Just an overall great experience!

Best stay ever!

We couldn’t have asked for a better host and place to stay! Kathy was so thoughtful (left me the most Swiftie/Fredericksburg themed birthday gift), very attentive, available at any time. So helpful in helping plan our weekend, too. It was perfectly and centrally located, easy to walk to Main Street. It was beautiful and comfortable too. All of us swifties, felt like we were in Taylor Swift heaven! Very detailed and lovely. Each day we found a new “Easter egg”! :) We each loved our stay and we can’t wish to go back!

The home was absolutely adorable for Swifties or anyone who wants to stay in a comfortable, cute, fully equipped home! Hot tub was not working during our stay but Kathryn gave other options! Would stay again without a doubt!

Great Place for Christmas

Everything was fantastic at the property Nice back yard with fire pit & hot tub Beds good, good location, everything we needed Darling kitchen …tv in bedroom. The only thing we did not like was those Stone chairs 😉

Be aware of booking with this Host!

Be aware of booking with this host. She double booked for the weekend with Vrbo and another booking site. Literally cancelled our stay 30minutes prior to check in. It was a huge hassle to find another place to stay in such short notice.

Last minute getaway

Flight cancelled for family trip to Cancun, so we scrambled to find a fun place to visit for the holiday weekend. Kathy was QUICK to answer our questions and to confirm booking…. Hidden gem with a great location!

Love this house! It has so much character and a really close walk to Main Street. We didn’t know about the tank pool, so we didn’t bring our swim suits, but that was a nice feature. Perfect house for our girls getaway!

Best Easter Weekend Getaway!

The Cotton Haus is the perfect vibe and location for an easy-going weekend in Fredericksburg. Such a cute and cozy home for us to celebrate Easter weekend with our families. The details and amenities were perfect and Kathy was so accomodating. You are also walking distance to the action of Main St. from a quiet corner home down the street. ***Tip: if you are thinking about having a special/nice dinner during your stay - ask about Chef Leo! He came to the house and cooked the most amazing dinner. Such a special experience!

Cutest House EVER!

I’ve never stayed in a cuter, more thoughtfully decorated VRBO! The owners were lovely and communicated well, answering any questions I had quickly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with luxury grade linens and PILLOWS! Pillows might sound like a weird thing to be excited about but nothing is worse than cheap or thin pillows while traveling. The house is walking distance to Main Street and well lit in the evenings. 10/10 would recommend this property!

Couldn’t ask for better

Everything about the Cotton Haus was wonderful! It was very clean, decorated so unique and the perfect location! The owner was always available for questions and very helpful. We even had the best breakfast delivered the first morning. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back again!

We loved Cotton Haus!

This house is truly adorable! 6 family members stayed here for a weekend and it is so close to Main Street, we were able to walk almost everywhere we were going. We highly recommend it!

Cozy and cute

Lovely house close to the shopping in town. Beds were really comfortable. Wish there would’ve been more comfortable seating in the living room but overall we loved this place.
