Great location, Tired Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and layout of this home is great. The property management company was responsive and professional. The property itself is tired. We had several issues, a broken screen door handle that locked us out, a leak in a bathroom, a tree limb that fell on my daughters car in the driveway causing considerable damage, a very smokey oven that stunk up the house and made the food taste bad, a leak on the screen porch, a master bedroom mattress that was so uncomfortable we slept in other beds, ceiling fans that wobbled and creaked, etc. The property management responded to every issue but some were unfixable and it just seemed like too many issues for the money spent. It’s October and I’m sure it was a busy summer season but this home needs a refresh.

Perfect family house

I stay here was wonderful. We loved having a pool to come to after spending the day at the beach loved being on the golf course and love the convenience of renting bikes and having them delivered to the house. Everything was perfect. My only comment is I would look into changing the mattresses, especially in the main bedroom they are quite soft, but that being said we still loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend!

Exceeded High Expectations.

We were 4 couples on a golf vacation, and chose this place to stay for 5 nights. We thought it couldn’t possibly be as nice as the pictures, and we were right. It was even better!! If every home I ever rent in the future was exactly like this one I would be thrilled.

Beautiful new and clean large home in Sea Pines house

Large enough for two families with a great kitchen, lining room, screened porch and pool area for the group. The house was in Heron Point which was nice and good fishing spots close as well. Overall it is a very nice rental with Harbour Town amenities within walking distance. The only negative is that the beach is fairly far and the shuttle stops aren’t within walking distance.

Family Vacation

House was great! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/cooking wear. Good communication with rental company answering questions. Had small issue with the pool and they sent someone out that day to take care of it. The house sleeps more people than beach towels provided. We had 8 people so we had to purchase 2 beach towels. We had a great week and would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Large Home

House is as nice as pictured. Kitchen well stocked, enough to cook multiple meals in as a group of 10. Extra fridge in garage for beverages etc. Beautiful pool with midweek cleaning service of pool and deck area. Beds comfy. Zero bugs in house which for the south in summer was amazing. Location great for bike or walk to harbor town and we got the bike over to the beach club down to 12minutes. A great week!

A perfect vacation...

Staying at 20 Stoney Creek was a wonderful one-week vacation that left us all relaxed and very happy. The home was perfect for our family in every way. Especially nice was the terrific screen porch off the main living area. The six beach chairs were a wonderful "extra", allowing us more room in the car when we left ours at home. Especially noteworthy is Coastal Home and Villas, the management company...They were so outstanding in every way; the communication was exceptional in every way. In the future we will always try to rent a home managed by that company. Highly recommend this lovely property for a perfect vacation.

With our adult children living in different states, we make it a priority to reunite once a year for a sunny getaway—and this property exceeded all our expectations. The layout was ideal, offering everyone their own comfortable space while also providing plenty of room for quality time together. We spent hours playing games around the spacious dining table, unwinding on the screened-in porch while watching TV, and enjoying the heated pool, which was especially great for the little ones thanks to its wading area. The location is unbeatable, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the space, decor and cleanliness. We were a family of 10 and enjoyed being together in the open spaces and pool area as well as the privacy provided in the bedrooms and private baths. The location was great. A short walk to Harbour Town or a short bike ride to the beach. We will definitely return!

Fabulous House

It is probably the nicest house we have ever rented and there have been a lot!Beautifully decorated and furnished. It feels more like someone’s home than a rental house. Very comfortable beds. Loved the screen porch with fireplace. Pool was great, the heater worked well for us in early March. Easy morning stroll to Harbor Town for coffee and a 15 minute bike ride to the beach. Needs an instruction book re things like how to start the fire. Otherwise a perfect house for a group.
