Welcome to 4 Brown Pelican! This four bedroom, four bathroom home is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines and can host a group of up to 10 guests. With the beach path located next to the home, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time.

**Bedding Configuration**

• Bedroom 1: King (2nd Floor, 32" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 2: King (2nd Floor, 32" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 3: Queen (1st Floor, Full Hall Bathroom – Dedicated to This Bedroom)

• Bedroom 4: Two Twins (1st Floor, 32" Flat Screen TV, Full Hall Bathroom – Dedicated to This Bedroom)

• Additional Sleeping Option: Twin Bed + Pull-Out Twin Trundle Bed (1st Floor Den)

**Additional Information**

• Distance to Beach: 2nd Row Ocean – Beach Path Off Pool Patio

• Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig + Crockpot

• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool approximately 20’ x 12 with a depth range of 3’-6’. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and spa heat + pay fee.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to 5 cars max. The garage is not available for parking. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

We had an amazing stay at this Beautiful home! It’s close to the beach/ocean and South Beach restaurants and shops! The home is also Beautifully decorated with awesome pictures on the walls of nature. The pool and hot tub had warm water. We really enjoyed it here!

We love HHIHouse was great for location, access to beach and pool.House was nice overall, but with it listed as renovated was a little disappointed to have black mold all over the ceiling in the one suite. We made do and enjoyed what we were really there for - the pool, beach, sunshine and family.

Will absolutely be booking this house again! Walking distance to everything you need, house is well stocked, property mgmt company responded quickly, and all the beds were very comfortable! Perfect for our family and grandparents
