Located in the North-West countryside of Lucca, between the town and the Versilian coast, The villa is a welcoming and secluded property, rich in colors, harmony and comforts. We are conveniently located close to the famous beach resorts of Versilia and the magic town of Lucca. Since it is less than 12 km from the motorway exit, it is an ideal base for visiting the main Tuscan towns. Guests who rented our villa in the past have particularly appreciated the beauty and quiet of the estate. The Villa has been built with modern materials and furnished, and is especially bright and full of light. Its structure makes it ideal for two families ( two separate kitchens ) who wish to take a holiday together, while maintaining their own privacy.Modern facilities, including a TV sat and WIFI connection,hydro massage have also been provided. Shops and restaurants are located at only 500 metres from the villa. .In front of the house there is a lovely large covered patio furnished as an outside sitting area, with table and chairs, which is ideal for eating outside. The big pool (10 metres x 5 h.1,2 / 1,5) is just in front of the terrace, in a level garden that is well suited for young families. The pool system uses no chlorine but salt, so the water is healthy and perfect for children or those who are allergic. Quality beach towels are provided for each guest. Nice outdoor garden area for children: two nice swings and a sandypit.The area around the villa is ideal for people who love cycling and relax.
