No need for beach parking passes! Wake up to a beautiful New England sunrise and end your day with cooling sea breezes and incredible sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the upper balcony or lower patio infused with the smell of the native sea roses. This rental is located on Beach Avenue, (Middle Beach, Kennebunk, Maine).

Short drive or bike ride to Kennebunkport shopping and attractions. Visit the lovely gardens of the Franciscan Monastery. Walk to Mother's Beach with a picnic lunch and enjoy the day at the beach playground.

Fine dining and family restaurants, art galleries, fishing and cruise boats can all be found locally. Enjoy golfing, biking, swimming, fishing and tennis.

Kathy and David’s beautiful oceanfront home was everything we hoped it would be—and so much more. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. One of my favorite memories will always be sitting in an Adirondack chair on the porch with my morning coffee, listening to the ocean and taking in the incredible view.Kennebunk Beach has held a very special place in our family’s heart for decades. After losing our longtime family place nearby, I wasn’t sure we would ever find another home that could feel as meaningful. This house gave us the wonderful gift of returning to an area we love while beginning a new chapter of memories with our children and grandson.The home is beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, and clearly loved and thoughtfully cared for. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, laugh together, and simply enjoy the beach and one another.Kathy was an exceptional host—warm, gracious, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. Our communication with her made an already special experience even better.We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this home and cannot recommend it highly enough. Thanksgiving Beach get away.

Wonderful!

My family and I loved our stay! What a special place to spend the Thanksgiving holiday! The house was very comfortable and the pictures were all accurate. And the location can't be beaten. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this lovely beach house. It is minutes by foot to Gooch Beach, elegant and airy, and has beautiful views of the ocean. The host is thoughtful, quick to respond, and accommodating. We hope to visit again!

Lovely house by the ocean!

Magnificent location and beautiful house.

Perfect location with great views and an unbelievable view! Definitely recommend this one for a family or a couple of couples! Queen downstairs and Queen master upstairs along way to 2 more double twin rooms.

Great location for a family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk. The house was set up with all the necessities for our family to enjoy a long weekend away. It's walking distance to town, a local playground and a great beach. We enjoyed having three of the four bedrooms with ocean views, a great front yard to play in, and great off-street parking. The house itself was large enough for everyone to spread out while enjoying our time together.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. The proximity to local shops and restaurants ensured we made the most of our first visit to Maine. Amazing ocean view and exceptional host!

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and the home is clean, well appointed with an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful Kennebunkport Maine. The owners allow pets, which was wonderful as we love to travel with our dog. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home, and the hosts are! Will definitely be returning again.

Perfect location - great home

This home was perfect for our family. The location is perfect, right on the ocean. We reached out to the owner with a small issue and it was immdedialely resolved. Owners were very responsive and I couldn't have asked for a faster response. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot to getaway to!

We had a great time at this beach house. Right across the street from the ocean, just a few minute walk down to beach where there is sand, and is dog friendly (after Labor Day/before peak season they are allowed on the beach all day which is amazing). House was clean and worked perfectly for us. Close to town as well (quick drive). We hope we can come back again sometime!

David and Kathy DeTeso currently reside in northern California, but they feel a deep attachment to Kennebunk Beach because David was born and raised just a couple miles from "The Beach House". They make an annual week-long trip to the house each summer with their four daughters to enjoy the beach and visit with friends and family. David and Kathy love to open up their home for rent by guests from all around North America for the remainder of the year. Many guests of The Beach House return year after year to carry on traditions with their family and loved ones. Thanks to their incredible friend and property manager who resides in the area, the house is maintained with excellent care.
