Un petit paradis au calme près de la nature

Ce gîte proche (à 500 mètres) de la rivière la Méouge où il fait bon se baigner, des pièces spacieuses et bien fraiches, un jardin bien ombragé avec une vue imprenable sur les cols des environs et Eric le propriétaire aussi discret que sympathique. Le tout pour un séjour réussi pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme dans une magnifique région encore fort préservée du grand tourisme.

Mooi en Rustig

Wij, die van wandelen houden, hebben enorm genoten van de mooie streek. Het contact met Eric was perfect. Heel vriendelijke man die ons enkele leuke tips gaf over de streek. Ik dacht dat er WIFI ging aanwezig zijn maar dat was niet het geval. 4G is wel perfect. Dit was dan ook het enige minpuntje maar voor de rest was alles in orde.

Endroit merveilleux, maison confortable, gentil propriétaire

L'accueil par Eric a été très agréable et sans problème. La maison est très bien équipée (par exemple lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec congélateur séparé, grille-pain, aspirateur, chaises longues...) - mais cela doit également être mentionné sur les informations du site Web d'Abritel. Les informations concernant le linge de lit et la consommation d'électricité doivent également être disponibles sur le site Web. La maison est magnifiquement située, vous pourrez profiter des longues heures d'ensoleillement et du calme et de la tranquillité. Pour les amoureux de la nature, les randonneurs, les cyclistes c'est un endroit idéal.

Cette location est tout à fait conforme à la description de l annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour tant pour les randonnées que pour la tranquillité. Merci pour l accueil du propriétaire, c est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend - und ein Traum für Radler, Wanderer und Gleitschirmflieger

Wer Luxus sucht, ist fehl am Platz. Das Haus ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtet. Da die "Endreinigung" von den Mietern selbst vorgenommen wird, sind einige Ecken nicht wie von Mutti und Vatti selbst gereinigt, aber insgesamt war das ok. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Herd (toll: Gas UND Elektro) sind tadellos. Zwei "Monierungen" für die Anzeige: Kein WLAN im Haus , obwohl das in der Anzeige so aussieht (man muss rauf zur Mairie in Salerans), und man sollte reinschreiben, dass der nächste Supermarkt in Laragne-Monteglin liegt- ca. 25 Minuten Fahrt. Es gibt in Eourres und auch in Barret-sur-Meouge zwei kleine Eco-läden, die haben aber nur eingschränkte Öffnungszeiten. Daher nur 4 von 5 Punkte für die Anzeige. Eric, der Vermieter war supernett, daher insgesamt fünf von fünf. Si vous recherchez le luxe, vous êtes au mauvais endroit. La maison est simple, mais suffisament meublée. Comme le "nettoyage final" est fait par les locataires eux-mêmes, certains coins ne sont pas nettoyés comme par maman et papa eux-mêmes, mais dans l'ensemble c'était correct. Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et cuisinière (super : gaz ET électricité) sont bien. Deux points á critiquer concernant l'annonce-online: Pas de WLAN dans la maison, bien qu'il ressemble à cela dans l'annonce (vous devez aller à Mairie à Salerans), et on devrait écrire que le prochain supermarché est à Laragne-Monteglin - environ 25 minutes en voiture. Il y a deux petits éco-boutiques à Eourres et Barret-sur-Meouge, mais les heures d'ouverture sont limitées. Il n'y a donc que 4 points sur 5 pour l'annonce. Eric, le propriétaire était "supernett" donc un total de cinq sur cinq.

location plutôt pour couple jeune , dynamique , et motivé( pour la rando par exemple )

il n'était pas mentionné que la plupart des activités étaient éloignées du gîte...même pour les courses , à Laragne, 20 km aller retour avec passage obligé par les (laborieuses ) gorges de la Méouge ;. budget essence à ajouter ! la maison est irréprochable , propre et fonctionnelle . Le propriétaire est très accueillant et informe bien les locataires sur les visites de la région .
