6/10 Okay

perfect location but low quality amneties

Location! Location! This apartment is located across the street from the beach - so it was perfect for us - being right near the WSL surf event. BUT, it lacked basic amneties : the burners were barely functioning - made awful noise and didn't all work - so cooking meals was a problem... Diogo was very good about promptly bringing some repair guys to try and fix the problem but they couldn't resolve the problem. the shower was another problem - flooding the bathroom floor everytime you took a shower. They tried to fix that too but it seemed to be the way the shower was built. Kitchen floor got a big puddle everytime we washed the dishes. Diogo tried to be helpful but these problems were not able to be fixed.

combinatie strand - stadvakantie

Great flat, localisation and service!

Everything was great : the localisation (near to a beautiful beach, and less than 20km from Lisbonn), the flat (quality and very clean), and the service (Nice welcoming, and a top customer Service thanks to Diogo)!! A very good address!

Clean and a perfect view!

We (two adults from the Netherlands) had a perfect stay in this appartment. It was very clean (which is very important to me), very close to the beach and I loved the view from every room in the appartment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I might even book it again in the future to stay there with our two young daughters.

Nice apartment with fantastic view.

The apartment has everything what is promised. From the living room a superb view on the wonderful Costa Da Caparica beach. 2 nice bedrooms with a nice view on the Arriba Fóssil. A useful kitchen. (But to be very good, we would liked to have a dish washer.) Also wifi did we miss. But to be clear, the view and location made us decide to rent the apartment (without wifi and dish washer) and we are very glad we did! We visited the convento dos capuchos and its nice view over the ocean, and very close you can have the a similar view on the Miradouro. Also Diogo the owner is very helpful, gives a very good explanation of the apartment and the region. Also if we needed something he immediately helped us. Compliments. So if you look for an apartment in the region, we can advice this place.
