New and near Sarlat, a contemporary villa with heated indoor pool

New rental on the account for 11 July 2015: This is a large, contemporary, south-facing villa. Its indoor pool measure 7 x 3.50 m, is heated to 28°C, and has counter current swimming. All four bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom with a shower or whirlpool bathtub, WC, washbasin, and a towel warmer. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room. The beds are made for your arrival. Bed and bathroom linen included (bathrobe, bath towels, and another towel). For children, we offer a travel cot and high chair. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and so on. The large living room opens onto the south-facing terrace. It offers large-screen TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Bedroom 1 is the master suite with a 160 x 200-cm bed, a TV, a dressing room, and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a 140 x 90-cm power shower, a vanity unit, WC, and a towel warmer. Bedroom 2, the children's bedroom, features three 80 x 190-cm beds or a 160 x 190-cm bed and an 80 x 190-cm bed, a TV, storage space, private shower room (shower, vanity unit, WC, and a towel warmer. Bedroom 3 offers two 90 x 200-cm beds or a 180 x 200-cm bed, a TV, private shower room (power shower, vanity unit, WC, heated towel rack, and storage space). We change the sheets once a week for long-term rentals. For the little ones, we provide cots and high chair. You can also find on site basic groceries, such as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil, etc. For leisure activities in the villa, there are books, board games, a table tennis table, etc.
