Pleasant T2 Mezzanine of 42 m2

Saint Lary village will seduce you with its charm and authenticity. Lively village both in summer and winter, offering the possibility of good moments of relaxation (skating rink, outdoor swimming pool, cinema, concerts, thalassotherapy center ...) or to practice many sports. A free shuttle in winter with a stop 50 m from the residence drops you off at the foot of the cable cars.
In summer, a tunnel provides easy access to Spain, which is 20 km away.
A market takes place every Saturday morning. Various shops and a supermarket will make your stay easier.
The house with courtyard is located in a quiet residence about 400 m from the cable cars and the center of St Lary Soulan village. Easy parking.
Comfortable house, recently renovated, ideal for 4 people.
Small terrace with outdoor stone table.
On 3 levels:
on the ground floor, entry SAS with coat rack and shoe storage, living room with very practical kitchen, fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, 2-burner hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, grill breads, electric crêpe maker, raclette set, electric fondue set, many kitchen cupboards.) Dishwasher products are provided as well as cleaning products.
The mountain style living room is composed of a round table, 4 chairs (+ 2 chairs upstairs, if necessary), 1 very comfortable fabric sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player and USB port, shelving unit with games company, radio / cd with iphone station.
Equipped with a canister vacuum cleaner.
On 1st floor: bedroom with small balcony, double bed (140), alarm clock, wardrobe with wardrobe and shelves (iron), valet, shelves, books and magazines available, curtain separating access to the bedroom in the mezzanine for more privacy, 1 clotheshorse on stand and 2 small to hang.

2nd floor: attic mezzanine with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers. Access to the mezzanine by a miller's ladder.
Each bed has a duvet. Blankets are available.
Household linen is not provided.

Le contact est super facile, Philippe est très disponible. Le logement est idéalement situé, proche du centre de Saint Lary. Tout était très propre. La chambre "enfant" est bien isolé de la pièce de vie ce qui permet de ne pas réveiller les enfants qui dorment plus tôt.

Superbe séjour vacances de noël

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette charmante maisonnette très fonctionnelle, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce . Elle se situe à 2 pas du centre ville de Saint Lary, et des téléphériques. Les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires et tout à fait charmants, ainsi que la personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clés. Nous recommandons ce logement tout y était parfait .

Agréable séjour dans un logement impeccable est tres bien placé.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec mes deux jumeaux de 5 ans . Le logement est trés bien équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin à porté de main. Nous avons juste eu a poser nos valises et profiter . L'appartement est très bien placé car proximité du centre ville sans y être vraiment (5 mn de marche à un rythme tranquille). Les enfants ont adoré jouer à l'étage et dans la mezzanine (l'accés par l'escalier pentu ne leur a pas posé de problème). Ficamos muito agradados com a nossa estadia, no apartamento dos Cazaux Frechet. A localização é muito boa. O apartamento tem as condições essenciais para uma estadia em montanha. Os proprietários foram muito atenciosos, entrando diversas vezes em contacto connosco para saber se estava tudo bem.

Nous avons passer un très agreable séjour. Ce logement est très bien situé à 5 mn du centre ville et des télésièges pour accéder aux pistes de ski. Il est effectivement très bien équipé en appareils électroménager mais également en meubles de cuisine. La petite pièce de vie est sympa pour le repos. Les chambres sont très bien, assez spacieuses et de plus avec des couchages très confortables. Nous remercions les proprietaires pour leur petits présents à notre arrivée. Un seul petit problème concernant l'évacuation de la douche (bouchon dans syphon à priori).

emplacement idéal à côté de l 'arrêt de la navette sinon le trajet se fait aisément à pied jusqu' aux télécabines. Logement très propre et accueillant. Seul bémol : isolation médiocre (bruits du voisinage et de la route)
