Séjour agréable dans un appartement trés bien situé

Appartement conforme à la description,trés propre,rien à redire. Lieterie spacieuse et confortable pour se reposer des belles promenades à faire au pied de l'appart : trés appréciable tout ça... à cela une grande facilité pour garer sa voiture dans la résidence et centre ville accéssible à pied. Trés bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Trois étages sans acsenseur : pas insurmontable en soit sauf pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous recommandons cette location !

Séjour à Batz sur Mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Mr et Mme GIROUT. Personnes très agréables dont les relations sont basées sur la confiance Malgré un temps assez incertain nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est chaleureux et très bien équipé. La loggia ou balcon est un plus qui permet de profiter de la mer même par mauvais temps. La vue est imprenable. Nous avons très envie de revenir.

Nur das Rauschen des Meeres ist zu hören und der Ausblick ist wunderbar! Die Vermieter sind herzlich und unkompliziert. Zur sportlichen Betätigung benutzt man ausschliesslich die Treppe für den 3. Stock! Es ist kein Lift vorhanden.

In der Wohnung kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Besonders schön ist der große Balkon. Wissen sollte man nur, dass die zwei Räume mit den Schlafgelegenheiten nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt sind, also keine Geräuschschutz besteht.

point fort : appartement très très bien situé, vue imprenable très calme, pour tout bruit vous n'aurez que celui des vagues très bien équipé, un grand lit, des lits jumeaux seraient un plus, proche des commodités à pied propriétaire très sympa point faible : 3ème sans ascenseur, cela peut poser un problème pour certain

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Batz-sur-mer. Nous avons bien profité des promenades le long de la mer et des plages. L'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné est très bien placé, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. Calme. Propriétaires charmants et accueillants. On aimerait bien y retourner !
