SISSI BOUTIQUE - The Terrace Between Ocean And Teide

Surrounded by trees and a great pool of 27mts long. It is very well located to travel by car around the island.
At only 5 minutes from the town of Sta. Ursula and just 10 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz.
The north airport is 20 minutes away by car.
The apartment has an independent entrance, with a private garage where you can directly access the house. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the first floor the kitchen, another small bathroom and a bright living room with a large window through which you access the terrace. There you can eat and with a good glass of wine you can admire the beautiful sunsets with a great view of the Teide on one side and the ocean on the other.
The house is located comfortable to take the highway (nearby places La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava with Teide and Garrachico) and comfortable for all services (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars). The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and the unmissable Nespresso coffee machine. In the bathroom you will find hair dryer and towels. Complete with sheets, washing machine, dryer, towels for the pool and personal beach chairs.

My family of five were very comfortable in this Santa Ursula spacious apartment with all mod cons.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment with good communication with Liliana who was very kind and helpful. Loved the balcony views of Santa Ursula and had family fun in the residential pool in the Tenerife heat. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, great location! Wi-Fi to keep the family happy, modern kitchen and bathroom appliances. We never needed anything, we were fully satisfied with our holiday experience in Santa Ursula and will miss it and we would definitely visit in future travels. Thank you.

eine aussergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in jeder Beziehung. Blick auf den Teide und Atantik.

Santa Ursula liegt im Norden und bietet eine ideale Ausgangsposition für einen schönen Urlaub jenseits des Massentourismus. Wir waren im Februar/ März für 3 Wochen in der Penthouse Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool in der Anlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Nähe zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ein deutscher Supermarkt mit tollem Angebot. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte noch etwas aufgerüstet werden, doch sonst ist die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern auch für Individualurlauber der Traum. Wir werden bestimmt nochmals kommen.

wunderschönes Apartment - stilsicher mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet - moderner großer swimmingpool der keine wünsche offenlässt - ruhige Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick vom Balkon auf den Teide und Atlantik. Santa Ursula im Norden von Teneriffa ist eine ideale Ausgangsposition für viele Touren auf Teneriffa. Liliana ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin mit perfekter Betreuung.
