Exclusivement loué sur Homeaway et VRBO uniquement.
Cette location est situé au sud de Yarmouth / Bass River Cape Cod. Les plages de l'océan sont à 1 mile et 8 miles des plages latérales Bay. Le réglage est sur un 10 acres multi-cabine retraite qui a le sentiment nostalgique de Cape Cod en 1950. Beaucoup d'arbres de pins, les chemins de la nature, étang d'eau salée (Swan Pond / Parkers River) qui mène à l'océan; grande pêche. Notre truc amusant: piscine extérieure chauffée d'eau salée, des vélos à emprunter, des hamacs, des torches tiki, grillades, plage de sable aire de jeux w / jouets. Griller des guimauves nuit à notre foyer extérieur sont quotidiennes. Apportez une lampe de poche pour un jeu de tag lampe de poche ou Nerf balle. Ceci est un endroit paisible. Vous vous souvenez peut passer du temps à un endroit juste comme ça quand vous étiez enfant. Conviviale et familiale. Ambiance familiale. Si vous recherchez une location qui a d'autres familles, beaucoup d'espace pour faire du vélo en toute sécurité, et des jeux tels que des fers à cheval, pétanque, baby-foot, ping-pong et le badminton. La cabine de salle de spectacle a l'artisanat pour vos enfants à une petite charge. L'aire de jeux a une base de sable de plage et dispose de sable jouets pour vos enfants à utiliser.
La cabine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce que vous avez besoin pour votre semaine. Nous avons une grande pergola avec terrasse, grange, caractéristique de l'eau et de magnifiques jardins de fleurs. L'emplacement est une zone de village. Beaucoup de choses à pied aussi. Papa Gino, Journal de la Reine, shopping cadeau, mini-golf, arcade, cages de football, des cages de frappeurs, practice de golf pour pratiquer votre swing, salle de fitness (Planet Fitness), l'épicerie, le tout à distance de marche! Une promenade à la plage est à 15 minutes (un mile) w / un grand restaurant (Le Skipper). Emprunter un de nos vélos pour un tour rapide à la plage. Hyannis Center ne propose que 3 km: musées, ferries pour les îles, pêche en haute mer, observation des baleines et tant de magasins et restaurants à apprécier!

Perfect stay for our family!

We had a great experience at the Yarmouth Country Cabins. Our cabin was super cute and even a little roomier than we imagined. Our toddler loved playing on the playground which was right in the backyard. Perfect spot for families with young kids.

In all fairness we were there in off season and few others were there. It was great. We have a dog and had no problems. The cabin was clean and surprisingly large. The location was close to everything in Cape Cod. The Plymouth Rock trip was worth the 4 hrs we spent that day there. The Pirates Museum right down the road from the cabin is also great, but unless you read fast get their head sets. There are 4 beaches within 15 min of the cabin. Not as nice as NJ beaches but not bad. We were there for 4 nights and didn't do half the things we could have. Well worth the money

You would never know it was right on rte 28. It is a little village set into the trees. Heated salt water swimming pool which my grown daughter loved and very welcoming to our two dogs. The only hitch, (which turned into a blessing) was that the wifi/ internet was not working. I had scheduled Zoom meetings one day but no internet was an issue. As it turned out it forced me to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of this location and time with my daughter. We will be back

Nice place

It was a nice place with very friendly owners. The cottage i stayed in was nice. The only problem i had was for the price & fees charged it was not as clean as i would have liked. There were cobwebs and ants inside the cabin. The shower was also very small, and the outside shower wasn't working while we were there.

New furniture in our cabin, recently painted and updated. Have stayed here a few summers in a row now. Centrally located to everything. If you are looking for place to cook a meal or two, shower and sleep this place is perfect.

Clear directions and clean campground with instructions. As others mentioned, ants in kitchen and bathroom - ant spray under cabinet to use, but it's annoying and gross. I did have an issue with the listing stating there was a stove, but there was not one so that was a pain as we packed food to actual cook. Well supplied kitchen other than that. Overpriced (500/night) with fees etc.Did we get charged for towels? Not sure, there were 4 in cabin but we did not use them.

Cabin rental

Our stay was GREAT! Communication and response time with Aubrey was amazing when I needed to speak with her. The cabin itself was so cute!! I loved and appreciated all of the seashells and beach decor. The fact that there was utensils and cooking materials helped greatly. The neighborhood/ community was filled with restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back. We had a blast and loved our stay. Definitely recommend!

Incredible stay, wonderful host, top notch trip

Classic Cape Cod cabin ground - everything we wanted... The cabin was utilitarian, basic, but spotless. The playground was old school and FUN. Hammocks, fire pits, and seating areas abound. The jewel was the deep, heated pool with a trickling waterfall. We spent MANY hours in this pool... And for more swimming, the beach (family friendly) is less than two minutes away. Spent some time with Jerry, the owner, and he was awesome. Generous, knowledgeable, and so friendly. For food, DC Porcelli's was a two minute drive and some amazing pizza... We'll be back, without a doubt, for years to come. Thanks Jerry and Audrey.

What a wonderful vacation

While the best thing about this place was the location, as it was near everything, it was perfect for a family vacation. The cabin was the perfect size, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. The pool was great for our little ones who are still learning to swim and also for us, we love to swim. Everyone was so polite and friendly and the owners were always there if we needed them. Our dog was welcomed and when she had a long time in our cabin, the owners offered to take her out for a walk. We ended up taking her to doggie daycare not 5 minutes away to give her some extra fun time. We had such a good time and have every intention of coming back every summer. This was perfect for our small family, but would be great if we had a bunch of families with us. Hopefully this can be a family reunion place in the future.

Home away from home

Wish we could have stayed longer! After reading some negative reviews I got a little worried and then I realized the world is full of Karen’s. Decided to take a long weekend with my children, bf, and family pup before school starts. We arrived later in the evening on a Friday and great communication from the owners regarding the check-in process. Jerry came over and greeted us with his adorable pup and made sure we didn’t need anything. So kind and welcoming. The playground was right behind us and was great for my son who never stops moving. The resort itself was so cozy and had such a home feeling to it. It was centrally located to everything. So thankful for the memories I was able to make with my family and I look forward to returning!

Long weekend

We wanted a quick Friday-Monday getaway in central Cape Cod. The location is great! 15 minute walk to the local beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities for the kids. The pool was a hit with our kids and was kept up nicely. Unfortunately the pictures make the place look much nicer than it actually is, as the property is run down. The playscape and activities just need a little extra TLC. The cabin was okay, the appliances were out dated but worked okay. The showers were not good, the pressure was very low and the inside one was pointed in a direction that wasn’t useful to rinse off. The ants were HORRIBLE … we should not have brought food because when I say they were everywhere, it’s an understatement. Even though it was not taken care of too great, the staff at the rental location were very nice and friendly and very accommodating.

This review is a bit confusing as you gave it 4 stars out of 5 and use words like run down and horrible to describe. To the readers of reviews: everyone has their own meter of expectations. This property is a paradise of plants. A reminder, we are a planet of tress w people. There will be ants. Also, we are available at all times for the renters. This renter did not call for maintenance during their stay. YCC uses a family safe ant spray. It will remedy the ants immediately. As for water pressure, it varies as the golf courses take the water pressure at certain times of the day. Appliances: A refrigerator that is a standard rental model, a stainless steel gas cooktop and a microwave. Not sure why she calls those outdated. It is a pretty simple rental set up. I have had no one else ask about any of these issues. Everyone considering staying here, please know we are always here to help but we can not help if you do not message/ask and make us aware of a problem. It is very interesting that people use the review to voice their maintenance issues instead of asking for help when they are here...

Cabin needs cleaning

Very easy to check in. I was expecting a no-frills cabin - which it is; however, it was very dirty. There was a portable air conditioner running in the dining area with no outlet for the water to drain. The water leaked all over the floor. Contacted the owner, who responded quickly. She said that the unit was installed and she was not familiar it. She returned a short time later with an empty pitcher and plastic tubing for it to drain. We only used it in the evening and overnight. The pitcher had to be emptied every few hours and overflowed while we slept. The unit is also very loud. Went to turn the ceiling fans on, but all had cobwebs and thick dust. I cleaned the fan blades (cleaning supplies there) before turning them on. Tried to eat and all the utensils/plates were dirty. Loaded the dishwasher only to see mid-cycle that it leaks water from the door. Bathroom sink leaked into vanity. Cabin has a bad ant problem. To have a cleaning fee included in the price and have to clean everything is unfair. That aside, the pool and grounds were fine and as expected. Cabin is really in need of maintenance and proper cleaning.

So sorry to see this review. We repainted the entire unit, replaced furniture, exterior trim paint and replacement. The outdoor shower is new as well as the decking. After helping w the ac, I received no text messages from you regarding ANY of these other issues. Our team is here to help all our guests. We have a full time cleaner and maintenance. We do not know if something is needed unless a guest tells us. We are here to respond to all and any issues. This is a sad review to see as I walked past and saw you many times during your stay and none of these issues were brought to my attention. Your comment that it was dirty is not true. Our cleaner is fabulous and does a through job. If she missed the ceiling fan blades, you have full access to us anytime to ask for additional cleaning, ask for a new bedspread, ask for ant spraying...all you needed to do was ask.

Site avec beaucoup de potentiel. Par contre, tout semble un peu laisse à l’abandon et est mal entretenu. Il y avait une odeur de moisi dans la maison. La douche était en décomposition et il y avait constamment des fourmis mortes sur le plancher. Belle piscine propre par contre. Les hôtes étaient absents à notre arrivée alors nous avons dû figurer par nous meme quelle était notre villa.

Convenient to Everything

Stayed with partner and my puppy. Jerry and Audrey were prompt and responsive to all questions and were helpful to us as well. This property is conveniently located to everything you want and need. Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery store, etc. there is also a cabin on the property where you cans do laundry. I didn’t realize before arriving that the kitchen didn’t have an oven, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Thank you!

A stay that turned out really nice in the end

At first let me tell you, our personal experience with the owners and our overall stay at Yarmouth Country Cabins was great. It started off not so great due to the cleanliness of our cabin. We brought this up to the owners and they were nothing but apologetic. As a kid growing up with a family business, I truly appreciate the personal touch with property managers/owners being present and accessible. We had a toddler and infant, so being able to have easy access to the playground, the awesome restored sailboat, and bikes for practice, grills of all kind came in handy. The appliances were in great working order - were able to make breakfast every morning with no issues. Fair warning… the outdoor shower is larger the indoor shower. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Audrey - you turned our initial frown upside down- great hospitality

Unique benefits of renting cabin7: A nostalgic experience. In the 1980's, there were many of these properties located on cape cod. Now, there are very few left in operation. The cabin shares the 10 acres of land/woodlands that you will surely fall in love with.
