In the center of a middle ages city : spend rare holidays in our family house
an old-times genuine house built since the XII century in a city from the middle ages. Viviers was (and is still) the place of the Bishop lives; it was a fortified castel built between years 1000 and 1800. La Viguerie was the house of a canon near the bishop.

The house called “La Viguerie” :
Living, 4 bedrooms, 8 people possible. Well come to child and children. )
No accommodations for handicaps, sorry).

The garden is closed by high walls, that gives you complete privacy.
Plenty of sun, complete quiet, no noise, no motor way.

Swimming pool : above ground pool of 5 x 3.5m , not large enough to swim, but to take pleasure of water when it is hot (in summer time only: the pool is not heated in half season).

-- Viviers is a very picturesque city build in the middle ages with many historical monuments, narrow streets, cathedral, palaces, historical houses.
-- In Viviers, you will find shops for all that is necessary : minisupermarket, baker, butcher, cafes, restaurants, bank, garages, gasoline, doctors, chemist, cash machine ….
Swimming pool municipal with sunny beaches or trees shadows to rest .

Further on : At half an hour by car :
-- several old villages, build on rocky pics
-- swimm in Ardèche river, or in a lac in Pierrelatte
-- savages and sunny valleys with small rivers to leave the children play
-- walk or bicycle along the Rhône river : the ViaRhona is a special path way that goes from Switzerland to the Meditarrean sea (800km !), along the Rhone, done for walking, crosscountry and bicycle.
