Thank you for your feedback regarding the comfort and amenities of our home. We are pleased you enjoyed the reclining sofas, the master shower, and the pool area. I understand the technical challenges you faced while initially researching the home, as well as navigating the booking and post-booking process. All communication with you was provided via both the VRBO chat board and email, so you had recourse to both platforms for any information needed. We noticed several instances where information had to be repeated, and we always encourage guests to check both app messages and email for essential details to avoid misunderstandings. Regarding the house rules: these are in place to protect the property and keep it in top condition for the next guests, who often arrive the same day. Eating and drinking on the couches leads to stains that are extremely difficult or impossible to remove; no guest wants to arrive to stained furniture or carpets. Additionally, bagging trash is a requirement of Osceola County; our housekeepers cannot be expected to sift through loose waste for hygiene reasons. We are sorry to hear about your husband’s back; however, a simple message during your stay would have allowed us to send assistance immediately. We appreciate your stay and will use your comments to ensure our welcome materials remain as clear as possible for future guests.
