An apartment with an area of 75 m2 for 6 people maximum and consists of a kitchen opening onto the living room facing south (hob, oven, hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, kettle, raclette grill, griddle, electric fryer etc, a living room with sofa and two armchairs poang, coffee table, color TV, a toilet. Upstairs, a separate bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with double bed, in this room a staircase leading to a mezzanine or is a third bed two places (this mezzanine is part of the room) balcony. A bathroom with shower, sink cabinet and storage column ,a toilet . A large balcony terrace on the ground floor and a large lot surrounds the cottage, free parking space.
Ski resorts nearby (15 km VARS, Ste Anne, Jausiers, La CONDAMINE CHATELARD, SAUZE, PRA LOUP.
Especially on ST PAUL, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, sleigh ride, great hikes, observe marmots and deer depending on the season, Lake JAUSIERS, visit villages, wood crafts, decoration and furniture, honey , jams, beers in the lakes, go to ITALY (CUNEO) for its events, fairs and events .....

Chouette lieu
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est mignon, bien équipé et chaleureux. Un petit bémol pour la mitoyenneté car les conversations passent facilement à l'étage. Mais dans l'ensemble, le gîte est très bien placé dans le village, la vallée est très belle avec activités nordiques et rando à volonté. Un séjour en été doit sûrement être aussi sympa qu'en hiver.

Chalet bellissimo e accogliente 😍!!!
Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia ( 3 persone)in questo incantevole chalet di legno durante il periodo di fine anno. È stata una bellissima vacanza nella neve grazie a questo chalet che è perfettamente pulito, confortevole, accogliente e si trova in una posizione incantevole, a 5 minuti a piedi da un percorso in mezzo alla natura. Lo chalet corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto è ci è piaciuto davvero molto ed è ben arredato , le camere sono spaziose il bagno molto comodo, la cucina grande con tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria per cucinare bene. Ottimo il riscaldamento, e il servizio di noleggio biancheria di ottima qualità.Anche il proprietario è stato molto attento e gentile alle richieste e domande prima della partenza, e Audrey la sua assistente ci ha accolto molto bene! Posso consigliare vivamente questo chalet a tutti quelli che amano la natura!! Grazie per questa bella esperienza. !! Susy Matteo e Giulia

Chalet impeccable, accueil chaleureux et séjour parfait.
Notre séjour au chalet répondait tout à fait à nos attendes: bon accueil, état du chalet excellent et très bien situé pour les pistes de ski de vars (15 minutes en voiture). Le village dispose également de pistes de ski de fond et est fort agréable et calme comme nous le voulions.

Un chalet très fonctionnelle à côté des stations mais au calme sur les hauteurs d’un village
Ce chalet est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé : il y a tout ce qu’il faut! La description et les photos sont conformes à la réalité! On se sent comme à la maison dans un cadre magnifique! Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et nous n’avions pas été à l’etroit!
Nous avions loué pour le week-end du réveillon du 31 et la neige était au rdv! Le top!
Le chalet est idéalement situé : à 20 min de Vars et au village même il y a une petite station.
Séjour fort agréable nous reviendrons! Je recommande vivement!

chalet neuf et bien équipé
Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire, le chalet pour 6 personnes est neuf et très bien équipé.
il est situé en hauteur de St Paul, nous avons eu une vue très agréable sur les montagnes.
en plus de tout cela le soleil était avec nous.
il y a des randonnées nombreuses et pas très loin.
séjour agréable pour nous 6 !!!
