Very nice new and spacious apartment of 80 m² with south facing terrace of 24 m². Comprising a large 54 m² room opening onto a terrace and panoramic view with fireplace, American kitchen, fully equipped, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave (toaster, kettle, ... all you need for cooking) Rapido 2 sofa bed people. Separate WC and washing machine. Hi-fi system. Entrance with wardrobe. A large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (160x200 bed) overlooking the terrace. Shower room and WC. Wireless. Free animals accepted on owner agreement. All shops nearby, restaurants. Free parking around the cottage. Station at 600m. Weekend on request. Private parking space on reservation 15 € per week

Wonderful view

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the location right by the sea and marina. The flat is well equipped and is very quiet despite the traffic. For older people: do not pack too much (no lift) and the stability in the shower is a problem.

One week of vacation in Fecamp

We spend l lovely time in Fécamp last week and would like to give Sophie a big thank for it. This location is so nice, clean and well located. The bakery, the fishmarket and everything else you need is just a few steps away. I‘d also like to mention Sophie as a perfect and nice host. We felt right at home! Thanks for this. We can strongly recommend this location.

Great location and beautiful view from the unit

just about everything was good. We had an issue with the fact that we had to pay extra for towels. I suppose it could be the difference between vacation rental in the United States verses Europe. Not really sure. We paid a service fee which we had no idea what it was for as we were not able to get any clarification from the hostess prior to check in. All in all, we had a great time.

I'm glad your stay went well. The service charges are fees that the booking site Abritel charges each holidaymaker when a reservation is made, as a host I do not collect anything. Concerning the towels I did not charge you for the service! You had an excess of electricity of 6.84€ over 10 days, I offer you this excess. the owner

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die großzügige Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk und bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht auf das äußere Hafenbecken. Auf der Südseite ist eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Liegestühlen und großem Schirm. Wirklich schön, ideal zum Entspannen. Man sollte nur wissen, dass die Wohnung keinen Aufzug hat, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Strandpromenade ist 3 Minuten entfernt, auch verschiedene Restaurants, zwei Bäckereien und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichbar. Auf Wunsch kann man einen Parkplatz in einem abgesperrten Bereich dazu mieten.Sollten wir mal wieder nach Fécamp kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Sophies toller Wohnung. Sophie erwartete uns wie verabredet vor dem Haus und zeigte uns alles Wichtige. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Der Parkplatz ist auf der Rückseite des Hauses und von dort ist etwas zur Haustür am Quai und in den zweiten Stock zu laufen. Man kann aber mit etwas Glück einen Parkplatz am Quai direkt vor der Haustür erwischen. Aus der Wohnung kann man Richtung Quai den Hafen und Richtung Parkplatz die Felsen sehen. Traumhaft! Man ist nah an der Promenade und erlebt das dortige Leben gut mit(Zumba! Disco!) Auch Richtung Stadt zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.Sophie bietet den Parkplatz, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung gegen Aufpreis an. Handtücher leider nicht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.Wir würden uns wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Wunderschöne geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung im 2. Stock mit direktem Ausblick über den Hafen von Fécamp. Komplette Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, und auch eine kleine Terrasse. Dazu die integrierte fantastische Küche mit Kochinsel. Hier war es ein Vergnügen, mit den ausgezeichneten lokalen Produkten selbst zu kochen. Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Fleischerei, Fischhandel, kleiner Supermarkt) in unmittelbarer Nähe, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.Nur wenige Schritte zur Promenade und zum Strand, Parkplatz in nachts abgesperrtem Innenhof verfügbar und genutzt. Man hätte aber auch an der Promenade und in den Seitenstraßen gratis parken können.Sehr angenehme Kommunikation (in französischer Sprache) mit der liebenswürdigen Gastgeberin.Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit absolut wohl gefühlt.

Aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster sah man direkt auf den Hafen und seitlich auf die Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auf der hinteren Terrasse konnte man sich bei gutem Wetter bestens aufhalten. Zu Fuß waren viele Geschäfte oder Restaurants zu erreichen. Allerdings waren vorab zunächst 40 Treppenstufen zu überwinden (2. Stock).

Reinkommen und wohlfühlen. Vom ersten Moment hat alles gepasst und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Fecamp. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Klippen ist sensationell. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets freundlich und problemlos. Sehr gute Tipps bei der Schlüsselübergabe durch Alex, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne einmal wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Super schön gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt super schön, nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand/der Promenade entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe waren Restaurants, der Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt zu finden.Man konnte sehr gut von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß losgehen und an der wunderschönen Steilküste entlang wandern.

Eine perfekte Fewo in Größe, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und vor allem Lage. Alles was man zum Leben benötigt, in guter Qualität in nächster Nähe. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ersetzt den Fernseher.Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin.
