In the north part of island of Krk on the shore of a “Velebitski kanal”, only few kilometres from the “Krcki most” bridge, there is a small magical native village, untouched nature, called Rudine….village is situated above the sea, just few minutes from the sandy cove and pier, with beautiful view of the land and the city of Crikvenica. With just several residents, Biserujka Cave (the only cave in the island which is open for visitors), sky full of stars and scents of lavender and rosemary, Rudine are the village where time has stopped.

If you are looking for a small stone house of cca. 70 m2 with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with a kitchen and fireplace, on the surrounding parcel with a grill,outdoor hydromassage swiming pool, terrace and garden where you can see the sea sparkling from the sun’s reflection and a mountain of Velebit rising high above it with snow on its top…

If you are looking for a native, eco and ethno village where people live in harmony with nature, where you can experience how it feels to see sheep grazing under your window, where you can experience a day trip, or a fishing tour with a private boat, or if you are just looking for a place where you can hear the sound of silence… well, you've just found it.

Schöne Auszeit auf Krk

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus mit toller Einrichtung. Nur zu empfehlen! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und hat uns die Urlaubstage mit den vielen kleinen Stränden an der Küste, und den schönen Radwegen versüßt! Ein Lob an die Eigentümer für die Gestaltung des Gartens (Wellnessoase) Gerne wieder als Urlaubsdomizil.

Lovely house near the sea!

We (a family of 4) spent 10 lovely summerdays in Rudine. The house is very clean, nicely decorated, you find everything you need! The yard and the patio/outdoorkitchen are quite nice too- we never really used the indoors. You walk about 5-10 minutes to reach a small sandy beach. The landlord is very forthcoming, we even found a welcoming gift in the fridge! He also provided us with a boattour around the island with nice, lonely bays for swimming and gave us sound advice for nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the house for vacation wholeheartedly!

We, 2 couples around 30, spend nearly one week in this villa and did really enjoy this location. - clean rooms - well equiped kitchen - very nice hosts - nice interior design - host is living directly next door (for any further questions) - warm welcome and farewell with small regional and self-made presents
