Lovely beachy condo located in quaint Atlantic Beach less than 400 feet to the ocean . Ground floor condo that sleeps 6 .Walk to town for the great shops and restaurants .Rent a bike and leave the car behind.Community pool just outside the front door .Must book for a total of 90 day minimum,town rules not mine.Pets will be considered on an individual basis.This condo will have everything you will need for a great time spent at the beach .

Steps to a beautiful beach!

This was a cute, reasonably-priced, 3-bedroom, ground-floor condo with fenced patio in desirable Atlantic Beach. We loved being a half-block away from the beach, where we walked daily and looked for shells from January to the end of March. It’s not as warm here as further south in Florida, but the town of Atlantic Beach is charming with great restaurants. The condo had very comfortable mattresses, a fully equipped small kitchen, keyless entry, and good internet connection: The laundry facilities were very close and worked fine. We loved Peggy, the mail carrier, who assured we received our forwarded mail. The landlord is exceptionally responsive,
