Fully renovated 2 Bedroom ( new King and queen beds) and one bath. New Pebble floor shower with subway tile.
Clean and neat. New kitchen appliances ,granite, cabinets, and flooring. No carpet to trap dirt.
One car garage for storage and beach items. Plenty of parking on site. New washer and dryer.
Quiet neighborhood but close to bars and restaurants. Walk to beach and Pier for fishing.
Enjoy the Intracoastal, numerous golf courses and easy day excursions to St Augustine, Amelia Island
Excellent medical facilities (Mayo, Baptist hospital and others )
Bike Rental nearby and great area to ride bikes on the beach or through quiet neighborhoods.
