Great Place. Fantastic location. Lovely family.

Stones throw from the river. Great place for a couple. Good amenities in the town which is walkable. Gite is compact but has all you need. Would definitely recommend.

The only minor issue was a circuit breaker tripped one morning so we were left without electricity until the evening when the owners returned and could reset it. It would have been nice if the nearest bar/restaurant on the banks of the Loire haddn't shut for their annual holiday the day after we arrived, but we can't blame our hosts for that!

location quelconque

je préfère vous dire que votre ( Abritel) envoi par mail destiné à préparer notre arrivée à la location était à la fois erroné et contestable. Erroné : par ex. on pouvait ( en demandant au bailleur ) arriver avant 17h et il n'y avait pas de Wifi (mais on pouvait bénéficier de la connexion du bailleur) ou encore, aucun état des lieux n'a été fait ni à notre arrivée (bailleur absent) ni à notre départ (bailleur indisponible).Contestable car Abritel n'a pas à limiter l'usage d'Internet ni à justifier celà par le fait que l'on aurait autre chose à faire en vacances ! C'est abusif Nous ne ferons sans doute plus appel à Abritel.

Wir würden von einer sehr netten, zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Vermieterin begrüßt. In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Wir fanden alles vor, was wir bräuchten. Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Rustig gelegen huisje dicht bij de Loire en het centrum van de stad

Eenvoudig van alle gemakken voor zien huis. Door de ligging aan een doodlipend steegje is er geen last van verkeer. Aardige behulpzame verhuurders.

Günstiges Ferienhaus in einer Kleinstadt

Eine gut eingerichtete Küche, wunderbares Bett und ruhige Lage. 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Loire entfernt, 2 Minuten von der Innenstadt. Gute Einkaufs- und Tankmöglichkeiten. Leider liegt das Haus in einer schmalen Sackgasse, man kann das Auto dort nicht parken, sondern muss es auf dem Parkplatz an der Loire stehen lassen. Das Haus hat eine eigene Terrasse zur Sackgasse hin. Nette Vermieter. Von diesem Haus aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen.

Petite maison simple et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé une semaine dans une petite maison simple et fonctionnelle, literie confortable. Les propriétaires sur place sont sympathiques et discret. On est à 2 minutes des bords de Loire et des commerces. Chateauneuf est une grosse bourgade dynamique et accueillante et constitue un point de départ pour de nombreuses ballades et visites. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, rapport qualité prix apprécié.

Très bien pour 2 voire avec 1 petit enfant calme fonctionnel

Lieu calme et apaisant très proche de la Loire situation ideale.Location au rapport qualité prix correct. Une petite terrasse agréable la barrière la séparant du petit chemin mériterait d'être un peu agrémentée (peinture ou plantes ). Pour ma part le séjour était très agréable et les propriétaires dont la maison est juste à côté sont très discrets.

Ideales Ferienhaus für Fahrradtouren an der Loire

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war ideal für unsere Fahrradausflüge geeignet. Von hier aus konnte man direkt Touren nach Orleans und Sully-sur-Loire machen. Die Fahrradwege sind gut ausgeschildert und fast ohne Autoverkehr. Chateauneuf-sur-Loire ist ein schöner Ort mit Einkaufs- und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und hat auch ein schönes Marinemuseum.

Idéalement situé pour découvrir ce petit coin de France.

Parfait pour un séjour dans la région. Confort simple et hôte accueillant. Il est bien possible que nous y retournions pour finaliser la découverte de cette région qu'est le Loiret. Nous étions avec notre petite fille qui a apprécié les différents aires de jeux des communes que nous avons parcourues . A préconiser pour son rapport qualité prix.
