NEW Built Modern, Cozy and Spacious 2-bedroom Condo

Excellent location for your stay or visit in Saskatoon. Located in new and developing area of Rosewood in Saskatoon, SK. The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area, 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 15 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan.

Clubhouse is currently closed for maintenance.

Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds.

The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access.

Great Location

We loved our stay. It was a perfect location and accommodation for my wife and son and daughter in-law as we attended a wedding. The location was surrounded with all the important things like a Tim Hortons. Our only complaint was the front door was hard to unlock, even the residents at the condo where frustrated by this.

Everything was in great shape and the condo was in a great area of the city! Just wished they had some coffee mugs available instead of the smaller cups!

This property was perfect for us. Plenty of closet space nice open kitchen and living room plus a deck that gets plenty of sun. The beds are memory foam which we aren’t used to but once you have laid in them for a couple minutes they sink down. Having the clubhouse with the pool was great our daughter loved going swimming and we enjoyed the hot tub! The only complaint I have is every time we used the oven the smoke alarms would go off and there would be no smoke maintenance came and tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone coming to Saskatoon!!

Rosewood 3rd floor condo

This newish clean condo was perfect for our month’s stay. Clean, comfortable and full-furnished. Host was very responsive to our contacts. Only drawback was construction on the nearby roadway which made things a bit dusty but I think most of the construction is over.

Spacious and modern!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely very clean 2 bedroom condo over Christmas in Dec/2017. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. And the bathroom had a bounty of large fluffy towels. Access to the city was easy off Boychuck Drive and the freeway. Tanya was availabe when we needed a question answered. We apprecited that.

The unit was in perfect condition! Amazingly clean, every kitchen utensil supplied in the kitchen, beautiful linens, and nearby many amenities like Tim Horton’s. Me and my kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

This was our first time using AIR BNB and loved it.

We really enjoyed the space in our 2 bedroom condo. The location was good as it was easy to get to the main veins of the city. One recommendation I have is to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms as we found them quite hot. We had to keep the living room/kitchen area quite cold just to cool down the bedrooms. Also found the living room furniture not the most comfortable. Loved the bathroom, kitchen and everything else. Felt very safe with the front door being locked. Appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with utensils etc. I would recommend this property to others. The closet space was every women's dream, loved it.

Overall stay was good, cleanliness was ok. Lots of little kid fingerprints on deck door glass. Messaged host a week prior about potential early check in (by an hour) and literally got back to me as we arrived in Saskatoon. Oven was dirty, one set of keys didn’t allow access to buildjng

This property was perfect for our weekend in the city. We were originally supposed to be in a different unit, but the property owner notified us that it was not available to us, due to other tenants leaving it in an awful state. She communicated with us right away and quickly switched us to a different unit. This unit was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing :). If you’re heading to Saskatoon, this condo is a great home away from home.

Beautiful Condo, amenities nearby, clean and well appointed.

Booking, communication and condo cleanliness were all excellent! The kitchen had sufficient supplies and the shower was great! It would be nice to have some lux bathmats as the floor is rather hard and chilly. The couch in the loving room is stylish, and does match the decor of the building, however it is not overly comfortable and challenging for those with even slight mobility issues to use. Overall, a very nice unit I would recommend.
