This gorgeous brand new Five Points Bungalow is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a 2 car garage. 2 Miles from downtown. 1/4 mile from 5 Points. 1 mile from Grocery store. Our property sleeps 10 people.
We are within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville. 5 minute Uber ride downtown. Google Fiber 1 gig WiFi.

We provide Luxury for Less. We know what guests want...Comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of blankets and pillows. Beautiful décor. Stocked kitchen. Free parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping....even live music.

With 4 fantastic bedrooms, all uniquely designed and comfortable so all guests will feel like they have plenty of room. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor. There is a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.

We provide shampoo , Conditioner and soap. We also provide laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Trash bags. Toilet paper. Two double rolls per bathroom.

Spacious home in East Nashville

Modern, spacious home in East Nashville. Easily fit our family of 7, ranging in age from 13-80. All bedrooms on second floor with common areas on the first. Easy walk to Five Points. 10 min. Uber ride to Broadway. Only bummer was the construction noise in the early AM.

Beautiful house and comfy beds!

This house is beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. We could walk to many restaurants and shops if we didn’t feel like going downtown Nashville. Would love to come back!

Great property - Centrally located in East Nashville

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for our NYE family trip of 8 adults. This property was perfect. It had everything we needed from plenty of space for all of us to hang out to the many games throughout the living area. The house was very clean. It’s was central to all the East Nashville foodie places. Everything was a short walk. Very close to Broadway with a 9 minute Uber ride. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Nashville.

Family time

We didnt venture out a lot but it was a great location to everything you need! House was beautiful and very stocked, only thing we would recommend is more insulation in the primary bedroom it was freezing!! It was a great stay and we made great memories!
