Nice and quiet place to stay

The location was great especially when you look for a quiet place. Unfortunately no wifi available and you have to shower in a sitting bath. No cars in the street and friendly people for neighbours. in a few minutes you are at the lake and the boulevard with a variety of restaurants and watersport possibilities.

Cozy apartment in beautiful village

The property was very private with kind and helpful neighbors. It is cozy but has super windows which give a more open feel. It is located in a pedestrian area so be aware of large luggage. The sleeping quarters are with low ceiling but as I am well over 6 feet tall you get used to that and regardless spend most of the time outdoors in this incredible village. Gérard was most excellent with communicating to us!! Excellent host

Een echt authentieke verblijfplaats in het prachtige Bauduen. Genoten met partner en twee kids van de prachtige omgeving met mooie plekken om te bekijken, het lekkere eten en de vriendelijkheid van de mensen..Bedankt en we komen zeker terug

Such an incredible spot- walking down the street is a step back in time. Very close to the lake and cafes. My husband and sons did bang their heads more than once down in the bedroom hallways- just be mindful.

Charmant logement dans village de charme

Je recommande vivement le logement de Gérard. Appartement fonctionnel, calme et très propre. Décoration soignée et douceur de vivre pour cet hébergement niché dans une cité de caractère à deux pas du lac.

Mauvaise expérience

Claustrophobe et personne présentant des problèmes respiratoires s'abstenir. Chambres aménagées dans un cave avec une hauteur de plafond basse donnant une sensation d'oppression. L'appartement présente en outre un fort taux d'humidité La propreté est plus que douteuse (vaisselles encore dans le lave vaisselles à notre arrivée, poussières...). Bizarre ? Bon effectivement chacun ses gouts . Juste une précision : les chambres du bas ne sont pas dans une cave et donnent chacune sur la rue . Elles sont effectivement voutées et peuvent paraitre basses (2 m10 à 20) ... mais c'est la partie médiévale de Bauduen. Je signale que ces chambres ont été installées dans la partie basse pour offrir en période chaude, une fraicheur bien agréable. D'autre part, ayant discuté avec Anna et sa fille, en charge de l'entretien et de l'assistance des Locataires , il semblerait que vous ne leur avez fait aucune remarque quant à la propreté de l'appartemnt, ni d'ailleurs concernant d'autres remarques, ce qui nous permet en général, de corriger le ou les problèmes !??? Serait donc pas un peu hypocrite de votre part ? J,en suis navré et vous prie de bien vouloir excuser ces désagréments qui semblent avoir gâcher votre séjour de 3 jours ... en saison "pluvieuse" dans notre belle région. Amicalement Gérard Febvay

Knuffig Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum

Also sauber ist was anderes …. Nur ein grosses Handtuch für 5 Tage….Aber alles andere war gut, Zentrale Lage, Heizung top - bei kälteren Temperaturen sehr von Vorteil- gerade im unterirdischen Schlafzimmer. Wir mögen das zweckmässig aber traditionell eingerichtete gerne. Am besten ein zweites Handtuch mitnehmen… dann ist alles OK 😀
