We are native Bostonians who operated this house as a bed and breakfast from 1983 to 2012 and now we rent on a weekly basis. We live in a first floor separate entrance owner's apt. We know and love Cape Cod and are willing to share our passion for it with you so you get the most our of your time here at the beach. Sean and Sheila Regan

Location, location, location. This property is ocean in the front, bay in the back with a private beach and a large lawn area. You can walk to the beach in about 30 seconds and you can be wading in the bay with the minnows, clams and hermit crabs in 10 seconds.
What makes this Townhome unique
You can bring your family here and have a spot staked out on the beach, a BBQ going in the yard and kids catching crabs in the bay without ever getting in your car or ever needing a beach sticker. Enjoy the sea breeze, see the birds, boats and fishing. Having a private beach just 100' from your door is the only way to vacation.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
