Communication was very easy with Johnny! This house sits on a quiet street near train tracks but I only heard the train 1x in 4 days. It is so convenient to downtown Greenville (7/8) minutes to be exact! This house is a rustic house experience on a healthy live of land and plenty of room to park! The only thing the add does not show as true maybe for only our stay but there is no third bed. There is a room that can be an exercise space or be turned into an office but otherwise the house is well appointed with Two comfortable queen beds. My husband, daughter and I were very comfortable and glad to get this house for our stay last minute!!
House was warm and welcoming. Host was great at returning messages. Location was convenient to Paris Mountain State Park where we attended a wedding over the weekend.
This was an excellent pet friendly home. Location was close to everything. Cute home. Furnishings were a bit shabby and could be updated, but fine for us. Johnnie was very responsive to our needs and a great host.
We loved this charming house for a weekend wedding stay. It was clean, comfy, and had all the essentials needed to accommodate our needs. The location was quiet and safe! It was only a 10min drive into town and we loved the Swamp Rabbit Grocery and Cafe. The host was quick to respond when I had any questions. Would highly recommend for a weekend stay!
My wife and I wanted to stay in Greenville as we were racing the Gran Fondo in Travelers Rest. House was perfect for us. Easy access to both downtown Greenville and Travelers Rest. This house fit the bill. Johnnie was very responsive and access was easy. Plenty of open spaces for our dog. Would stay here again.
This was a last minute booking for me, and I'm grateful to have found a place. The property was adequate for my family of 5, but there are some things that I wish were improved. First, I used to live in Greenville, so I'm familiar with the area. I knew the area when I booked. Please understand that this part of Greenville is not going to be the super-gentrified Greenville you see in Southern Living. Despite this, I found the property to be conveniently located to Cherrydale Shopping, which includes fast food, sit-down restaurants, and a grocery store. You are a short drive from downtown, so all in all, it's an OK location. The property itself is definitely an older property, and showing it's age. Despite this, the place was reasonably clean. The kitchen was fine: stove, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. One problem we had was a lack of a dining room. The kitchen itself has a high top which can seat two. Other than this, you have to eat in on the couch in the living room. So, this would be fine for small families or adults. But, for small children, this was a minor struggle. Secondly, one of the bedrooms is oddly located right in the middle of the house, with access doors on two sides. The blinds did little to block light, so this bedroom was not ideal for sleeping. The biggest issue we had was with hot water. I'm not sure if the hot water heater is turned down really far, or if it's just undersized. But, there was only enough hot water for a single shower.

Michael- I never respond to reviews, ever. I will remind other viewers that you paid 139 per night and a cleaning fee less than what I pay. It appears you have Ritz Carlton taste on dollar general budget.
Johnnie was easy to communicate with and the house had everything we needed. One of the best pet friendly rentals we have used. Will definitely stay here again!
We needed a place to stay while we waited to move into our rental home. The location worked well for us as did the fact that it was accessible for our son who uses a wheelchair. Also the large backyard was great for our dog!
John was very responsive and very helpful. My husband, step daughter and throughly enjoyed Greenville and High Falls. We’ll be back. Be sure to check out STAX Diner during your visit.
This property was fantastic! It is a nice little home with some updates. The owner ensured all essential items were available and communicated well with us. This house is in a good location in Greenville and convenient to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would do so again!
This house was great for our visit to Greenville. Our young pooch enjoyed the large back yard. We were able to get her worn out so we could enjoy our activities. Nicely decorated and maintained. John was very accommodating!
Location was convenient to Furman University and downtown Greenville. The house is spacious and full of charm. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Large backyard. Johnnie was courteous and made himself available during the stay. Would enjoy returning in the future.
We had a blast here. The house was super clean, conveniently located to downtown and hiking, and I loved that I could bring my dog! We will definitely be back next time we stay in Greenville.
My running partner and I stayed here with our spouses and dogs. The house is only 10 minutes from Paris Mtn, which made traveling to and from the trails a breeze. Travelers Rest is about 10-15. The backyard is massive, which was a pleasant surprise and convenient for our dogs. We really enjoyed the grill and outdoor fire pit. We did have a hard time finding steak knives and measuring cups. Other than that, we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this AirBnb.
