Chalet built in 2016 of 103 m² for 10 people to rent.
SUMMER:
The chalet is located at the start of many hikes, in a peaceful setting.

Activities: paragliding, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, fishing, ...
A little further: lake, swimming pool, ice rink, adventure park, 4S sledge, ...

WINTER:
The chalet is at the foot of the slopes of the domain "the gates of Mont Blanc (La Giettaz - Megève Jaillet - Combloux)" and close to La Clusaz and "the diamond area (Praz - Flumet - ND de Bellecombe - Les saisies - Crest Voland) ". Within 200 meters you have a bar-restaurant, the ski lift and ESF ticket offices, the ski lifts, the dog sleds, the toboggan run, the daycare, a ski hire company, a small supermarket, a snack bar , the stop of the free shuttle to go to the village of La Giettaz where you will find other shops.
Please note, the estate generally closes at the end of March, beginning of April!

There is an entrance hall with shoe dryer, an equipped kitchen - Dining room, a living room with extra sleeping, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a mezzanine with 2 single beds.

Nous avons passé une super semaine : le chalet est spacieux, propre et bien équipé, notamment pour les enfants (livres, jeux, puzzles). Le village est calme, à deux pas du télésiège (qui n'ouvre malheureusement que 2 jours/semaine en été) et de nombreuses promenades. Superette à 5 minutes en voiture (La Giettaz).

Magnifique chalet dans un lieu magnifique

A 2 pas du télésiège de La Giettaz, magnifique chalet très bien aménagé. Un espace sejour repas cuisine très spacieux avec une très grande table, 4 chambres et une mezzanine sous les toits (pour ados ou jeunes). Le séjour a été parfait.

Chalet chalheureux, très confortable et fonctionnel. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, une grande pièce salle à manger et salon pour toute la famille. Des jeux pour enfants et de société, des livres... Salles de bain, chambres avec placards, literie : tout est parfait. L'emplacement est idéal avec de nombreuses randonnées en toutes saisons. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et la communication facile. On est tous unanimes, vivement notre prochain séjour ici.

Le chalet est très agréable, au calme (surtout en cette période d'arrêt des remontées mécaniques) et bien agencé. Les enfants ont adoré dormir dans la mezzanine à l'étage et les grands ont fortement apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue offerts par Bertrand.

Super chalet très bien situé

Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet qui est très fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. La pièce à vivre est très agréable, lumineuse et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Les nombreux jouets/livres ont été très appréciés par les enfants. La localisation au pied des pistes est également un véritable point fort (télésiège et ESF à moins de 5 min à pied :-)). Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce chalet, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
