Our Condo is Newly Insulated, Painted and Furnished, New double pane Windows and New Patio Slider Doors, High-end Remodeled Bathrooms with Tiled Travertine Showers, Granite Counter Tops in both the Kitchen and Bathrooms, High-end Vessel Sinks, Well Stocked Kitchen including Quality Stainless Steel Cook Ware (new pots and pans for the 2016 season) Abundantly Stocked Kitchen necessities; Sharp Henckel knives for those who like to cook and a crock pot as per guest request. Provided in the condo are Extra Comforters and New Bedding.. Enjoy 3 Flat Screen Hi Def TV's and DVD's for each Bedroom and Living Room. Our condo Extremely Clean, Beautifully Furnished with Ski Motif Decor. Relax on our High End, luxurious and comfy leather couches. Laundry is in our building with elevator access and I provide laundry baskets and detergent. Enjoy the Walk Out Patio with Large Patio Table and Chairs. Our patio/condo is literally a 2 minute walk from Park City's Mountain Resort TOWN SKI LIFT...WE OFFER A FANTASTIC CONDO IN A PRIME LOCATION. Grocery orders can be provided in condo prior to your arrival. You will Love it!!

Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Queen Sleeper sofa, 2 Full High End Remodeled Bathrooms. (Sleeps 4-6). Second bedroom has a Queen and Twin Bed new for 2016. Laundry is in our building with elevator access and I provide laundry baskets and detergent. Ask owner for details. Rates posted are for a 4 person group. An additional charge for groups over 4 persons and a maximum of 6 persons.

About Karen De Rose-Porter
I, Karen Porter, moved out to Utah in 1982 to go to college where I could ski and honestly, I skied lots and lots. Wow, had died I and gone to heaven. Coming from Montauk Point Long Island, I grew up on the water but always had a wonderlust for the mountains of the west. When I made it to Utah and experienced the best skiing of my life, I knew I had found home. My husband Fred grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Utah in 1997. Utah had a unique appeal to him since he could live in a city, continue his aerospace career and still ski and mountain bike ride before or after a day at the office. I tease him that he came to Utah to find me! Fred and I met on a private ski hut trip in the Selkirk Mountain Range of Canada. From the minute I saw him I knew my life was about to change. Fred and I have been married almost ten years and we have an adorable son. I guess the rest it yet to come.

Having a vacation condo in Park City has been a great addition to our family because we get to use it frequently with Park City only 20 minutes from our home. It is a fabulous summer retreat for Mountain Biking, Swimming at the beautiful tree lined pool and getting away from the hustle and heat of SLC. In the winter we enjoy having guests stay at our condo which is perfectly located near the Town Ski Lift and at the beginning of Main Street so a car is not needed to dine, ski or just walk to sites. It is fantastic. When choosing our condo we looked at a lot of choices around Park City, and hands down Park Station had the best location for convenience and usability. Hope you enjoy it as well.

Great place to stay for vacation! Stayed with our family of 4; two boys 14 & 15. Loved the convenience to the town lift and Main St.. Many great restaurants right there. Condo equipped with plenty of necessities and fun games. Comfortable beds and generous common area. Would definitely rent again!

Great Park City location, excellent condo
Great Park City location. Easy walk to town lift and Main Street. When needed, free city bus service is great with bus stop next to condo. Karen was great and quickly responded to our questions. Condo is updated and cozy.

Comfortable ground level condo conveniently located at the base of Main Street and the town Lift. Nice wood burning fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Large community heated pool and jacuzzi.

The condo was very well located with easy access to Main Street and the Town Lift. The condo was also very well appointed. We just needed more snow!
Cozy, convenient, clean
This home was obviously well cared for and we had a great time there. Karen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for my family with 3 young children, and we took full advantage of the convenient parking and hot tub. I especially loved the cozy beds and holiday decor for our thanksgiving weekend visit! I highly recommend this home for your rental.

Truly, you will not need a car, yet we do have garage parking if you choose to rent a car. Out location is at the threshold of World Class Skiing and Dining. You can walk everywhere from our condo.
