Relax in our treetop Amelia Island getaway!! The condo has been remodeled and is fully stocked to help you unwind from the busy world and enjoy some R&R time.

**The condo is on the THIRD FLOOR - 33 steps up - NO ELEVATOR BUT WELL WORTH THE STAY** NO PROPERTY MGMT (HOST) FEES added to your total costs.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, glasses and mugs as well as -
~ Drip coffee maker plus filters
~ K-cup coffee maker with a starter supply of coffee pods
~ Electric hot water kettle with a supply of tea bags

Tennis / Pickleball court on property. I have 2 pickleball paddles and a net for my guests, but it must be requested as it is not left in the condo.

Easy 10 minute walking path to the lovely Amelia Island beaches or detour for a Blizzard at Dairy Queen.

We had an excellent stay! Our host, Elizabeth was so welcoming. Her communication both before and during the trip was helpful. The binder with suggestions for restaurants and activities was instrumental since it was our first time on Amelia Island. The Salty Pelican did not disappoint!In addition, the condo is inviting, cozy and bright. When future travel points to Amelia Island, we will stay here.

This was the perfect space for a quick trip to the area. Close to the beach and many attactions/food, etc. The closet full of beach supplies was a plus. Great host!

Loved staying at the condo! Very clean and Elizabeth was quick to respond to anything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the condo had everything we needed. Cannot wait to visit again!
