Exactly as pictured. Everything was perfect. The location allowed us to walk to the downtown area of Prescott for shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable beds, bathrooms were perfect, everything you need in the kitchen. Great deck and private yard. Parking right out front. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

This is a fabulous property just a quick walk over to Whiskey Row. Absolutely clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy plush bedding, great shower and wonderful art throughout the house! We plan to repeat at this location upon our return to Prescott in the near future. We loved El Gato Azul and Farm Provisions for a foodies delight.

Had a blast in Prescott at this rental. Everything was A. The location is wonderful, just a couple blocks to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Definitely a 10 for anyone wanting to want all the amenities of downtown within a very short and easy walk, but the area was quiet. Thank you to the hosts!

No host wants to ever see a one-start rating! To the best of our knowledge, this guest enjoyed our home and her stay. No problems or issues were communicated to us. So this is confusing.
