A block or two to the courthouse, dining, Whiskey Row, galleries, etc. Public street parking in front of the house. Renovated and spacious. The house was perfect for a week’s stay while I attended a class. It was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Great location with walking distance to whiskey row, restaurants and shopping. Hosts were attentive and great to work with. Could be cool at night if you have HVAC on A/C but there are blankets and you can always turn the heat on. Kitchen has everything you need and nice to be able to do laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage had everything we needed to prepare foods in the kitchen. A bonus is that the cottage is within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants. A cool coffee shop is right across the street!

The property was conveniently located within very easy walking distance to old downtown and also close to Grocery and drug store. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment needed. Back porch was a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend and stay again if in the area. Coffee bar as well as a brewery across the street.
