Delightful

Just what the doctor ordered. Relaxing place to unplug, take in the beach and broadwalk, and close enough to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. The apartment was very well equipped and nicely renovated. Many thanks to Jackie!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen is fully equipped and also had everything you would need for the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

Hidden Gem!

What an adorable, cozy little retreat! The unit is steps from the ocean via a breezeway, but tucked away so quiet also. Enjoy the boardwalk and views from the very nice patio area. Sunrises are very special here. The unit is very well stocked, just bring food! Beach chairs, pool noodles, umbrellas, beach towels were in great shape and even some kids toys! 2 huge TVs with all the streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and ice maker too. The pool was heated and we even saw an iguana who was not bothersome. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect for my wife and I...

The condo was very nice and the location was excellent. It’s located right on the Boardwalk and is only ten-to-fifteen minutes south of the airport (Ft. Lauderdale). It was perfect for just the two of us, but we could’ve still squeezed in another person (maybe two) if we had to. The actual condo is not directly on the beach, nor does it even face the beach. It’s on the opposite side of the beach/boardwalk and there’s no way you could possibly enjoy the sunrise “from your living room”, but it’s not that big of a deal. Really. The building is directly located next to the beach/boardwalk, but the condo we stayed in was in “the back” of the building. The other folks staying in the building were very nice and friendly, which always makes things better! The bathroom shower lacks decent water pressure, but I have to admit that the bathroom is still very nice; clearly renovated in the recent past. The kitchen is perfect and the living room (couch) is very comfortable. The only real disappointment (as minor as it might be) was the television in the living room. It only worked properly for a day or two during our trip, but we still managed to watch “our shows” (via Amazon TV FireStick, which we brought w/us) in the evening on the TV in the bedroom. It wasn’t as ideal as being able to relax on the nice living room couch, but we made it work. The couch can also be turned into a hideaway bed for a kid (or two) to sleep on if needed. All in all, we had a spectacular time during our stay and we would be happy to stay there again in the future (especially if the TV worked properly)! Now that we’re back home, I miss being there!! Biggly!

Excellent property, excellent owners

The property was even nicer than the photos and the location absolutely perfect. Jacky was readily available for questions and feedback via text and phone. The local association president was helpful as well. The condo was nicely outfitted and everything worked as expected. The property has everything you could want as a vacationer. Highly recommended.

Great location, great unit!!

This is a very nice rental right on the Hollywood Broadwalk. Great ocean views from the common patio area. Clean, modern unit that had everything needed as far as kitchen utensils and even a couple of beach chairs. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!!

My new favorite

The condo was perfect for our 10 day beach getaway. We especially loved the front patio area, where we met some friendly and fun, mostly retired couples. The beach location was perfect. We also enjoyed the nice, clean pool.

Nothing Short of Amazing

I hate to leave a great review because I want this place to stay available for all my trips. Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. Everything about this place was just perfect. Loved the convenient location to do laundry. Very comfortable and quiet and the neighbors are the most welcoming group. Hope to stay here again.

The location of this unit is wonderful...! The unit itself met all of our needs... Close to all there is to do in this part of FL... ...and the beach...!!! Awesome... Small concern brought to attn. of unit owner...offered to address... Would recommend the property to others...

great locationGreat location and steps from beach. Space space but adequate. Nicely remodeled. Saw a few bugs, condo was very clean, however. Ground floor probably requires very frequent spraying. Courtyard was nice overlooking broadwalk, nice neighbors.

I only wish I had more time to enjoy this gem!

A completely turn-key apt. whether you stay for a few days or months. I only wish I had had more time to enjoy this well appointed gem. The location, of course, was excellent but to find a place with everything you could possibly want for comfort & enjoyment, well, that's hard to come by. It was truly like borrowing a friends immaculate property. Thanks Jacky, it was a great stay!

Exceeded our espectations

The condo was fantastic, location was the best. All the people at the condo were so helpful. My sister and I had the best time. The condo was super clean, updated and had everything we needed. Added touches with start up toilet paper, spices, paper towels and such was awesome since we arrived super late in the evening. The bed was absolutely wonderful. I cannot express enough how fantastic this place is! Location was the best, within walking distance of everything but also away from the crowds! The pool was an added bonus and was refreshing in the afternoon. Loved the patio area out front. We will definitely be back!!!!!! Loved our stay!

Very nice, updated condo

I only gave it a four star because the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, it may not be to everyone, just a personal preference. Loved that the beach was just a few steps out the door. Very peaceful area and beautiful scenery.

Cute and wonderful

The place was just what was expected and needed. Wonderful and perfect stay. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. The neighbors (especially Phil) were super nice and friendly! We would definitely stay again when escaping the winter freeze.

Great location and property, owner provides everything you can imagine, even coffee. Beach is steps away, chairs and towels provided. Easy access and check out, and the place was immaculate. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect setup!

Very nice place, exactly like the pictures. Place on the boardwalk is excellent if you like quiet nights ( like us) the part of the beach is also less crowded. Thank you Jacky!

Superbe

Very nice place right on the boardwalk next to the beach. Interior very clean decorated with taste. Matress in the bedroom is comfortable and the hide a bed was perfect for our sons. The kid had a lot of fun in the heated pool.The appartement is fully equip from dishwasher soap to beach towel. Jackie and her husband were very nice and trully convient. Thank you Jackie. I defenetly recommand this place to anyone looking for a great spot on the beach.
