This property was excellent and served our needs well. The property was clean, updated and comfortable. It was described as a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath. In actuality, it's a 2 bedroom/3 bath with a 3rd bed in an open loft. The stairs to the upper 2 bedrooms are a round staircase. But we navigated it. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed the location. My parents had a unit for 30 years here and this property did not disappoint. It was convenient to main street and shopping too!

Be prepared if you and your guest are driving up separately to stay here. Only 1 car allowed and overnight parking is a mile away and 40/night. Nothing about this inconvenience anywhere on the property description when we reserved it. I was there 5-10 minutes to unload my vehicle and came out to drive to the 40 lot and I already had a tow warning sticker on my window. Maybe 25% of the spots were taken during our 4 days. Beautiful property/complex and fantastic location.

Did not actually make it, as the snow gods were not kind to our annual guys' trip. We did find some snow at Whistler, however. Hopefully will be able to visit Breckenridge in the future.

Great location. Great value.

We loved our stay in October. The easy walk to Main Street made our stay so much easier and was more beneficial than I expected. Place was very nice and the best value we’ve found in years.
