Relaxation and tranquillity

If your looking to do nothing but relax and fish this is the place . Although the weather wasn’t that kind to us, so only used the pool one day,it did not alter the fact we came away relaxed and raring to go once home. The property was fairly comfortable but some rooms were in need of TLC.

Perfect holiday in the Vendee

We were there in August for 2 weeks, four kids and four adults. A fantastic place and location, right on the river edge for fishing, walking, cycling and relaxing. The pool is fantastic and well maintained on a daily basis. A huge garden and pasture next to it, ideal for playing games and a bit of golf! If your a more serious golfer, the golf course is just up the road. The gite is very well equipped with a modern kitchen. The gite itself is very tastefully decorated and is very spacious inside. We had a very memorable and peaceful 2 weeks. We will certainly be looking to book again. Laurent is a great host, and always responsive if we had any questions or needed his help.

Beautiful villa in a stunning peaceful location!

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday in the villa in August. The photos definitely do not do it justice, it's a really large villa with a large spacious lounge, kitchen/diner and a huge garden. We had a very warm welcome from Maeva, who showed us around the house explaining where everything was. The facilities were excellent and it was very clean. We took our own bedlinen and towels, as we really didn't see the point in spending money hiring them which worked well for us. The pool is amazing, a fantastic size and beautifully maintained every day. It's also in such a stunning and peaceful location right beside the river, we took to feeding the ducks nearly every day. The area is great with a lot to do, we tried out two different beaches, went to 'Le Grand Defi' twice and visited a beautiful zoo, all were easily accessible from the house. The only negative is that the only toilet is downstairs and two of the bedrooms are upstairs. Laurent was a wonderful host, answering any questions we had, thanks so much for a great holiday.

A lovely relaxing holiday

We have just come back from a lovely 2 weeks at the property with my husband and our 3 children. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the extensive gardens and pool are an absolute dream. We loved playing in the pool, going for walks along the river and generally just enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was about 38km to some gorgeous beaches. Laurent, Amber and Guillaume were all brilliant and such a lovely family. We liked it so much that we have already booked for next year. Thank you.

Très beau séjour, a refaire !!

Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire Mrs Laurent et nous avons pu compter sur sa fille Ambre pour tous renseignements complémentaires . Nous avons séjourné dans un cadre reposant, une maison très jolie, propre et confortable. La piscine est un plus pour égayer votre séjour.

Es hat einfach gepasst

Vielen Dank für einen richtig schönen Urlaub. Das Häuschen steht traumhaft gelegen an der Yon, Natur pur. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und konnten den Pool der von den Besitzern gut gepflegt wird, viel nutzen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern läuft sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Sehr netter Vermieter und ein tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage!

Ich war mit meinen beiden Töchtern, 9 und 12, in den Sommerferien bei Laurent im Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch auf unsere durch Corona veränderte Reisezeit wurde total flexibel reagiert. Das Haus hat uns direkt begeistert. Es ist sehr schön und stylisch hergerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Noch mehr hat uns allerdings der Pool und die Lage begeistert. Die Wassertemperatur war konstant um die 26 Grad und so konnten wir auch an den ersten noch etwas frischeren Tagen schwimmen. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung in 2. Reihe. Das Grundstück ist riesig und wird auf der einen Seite vom vorbei fließenden Fluss begrenzt. Pool und Garten wurden während unseres Urlaubs nach Absprache gereinigt bzw. gepflegt, so dass wir davon nichts mitbekommen haben. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank nochmal, Laurent, für deine Flexibilität, den freundlichen Empfang und, dass wir bei dir Urlaub machen durften! Wir werden dich und dein Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen!

Calme et verdure

Maison dans un petit hameau avec grand jardin le long de l’Yon et belle piscine. Maison bien fonctionnelle et agréable pour des vacances au calme et au vert. Propriétaire sympa avec réaction très rapide face à un petit souci d’eau chaude. Je recommande.

Maison pleine de charme, très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque, même pas les épices pour faire la cuisine. Le beau jardin et la piscine ont été très appréciés.La communication avec Ambre, la fille des propriétaires, a été parfaite. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. je recommande ce gîte.

Séjour à la Brancairoise magnifique Nous avons profité de la superbe piscine ainsi que du confort de la maison décorée avec soin. Le propriétaire est très disponible! Si vous souhaitez être dépaysé alors c est la bonne destination. La maison est entourée de nature d arbres et d une rivière. Le plus beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Encore merci !!!

Magnifique Maison avec piscine au calme

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison située au calme au bord d’une rivière. La maison est impeccable, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée jusqu’au moindre détail ( vélos et même cannes à pêche !), la literie confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la prairie privée en bords de rivières . La proximité avec la mer à seulement 25 min était aussi un plus. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Nous conseillons sans hésitation et pour notre part nous reviendrons c’est sûr !!!

Séjour parfait

Maison agréable et très bien équipée. Endroit idéal pour séjourner en vacances en famille. L'accueil par Laurent a été tres cordial et il nous a renseigné sur différentes promenades à faire dans les environs ( vélos mis à disposition ). Nous recommandons cette location et reviendrons !
