Situation:
  Located in Bab Atlas, Villa Stone offers a calm and relaxing setting in the heart of the palm grove. The land offers an exceptional view of the snow-capped Atlas peaks and the mountains of the Jebilat range. The city center, the famous Jamaa El Fna square, the main tourist places as well as the lively districts of Marrakech remain easily accessible after a journey of about twenty minutes by car.
Design:
Villa Stone is set on 1 hectare of land and combines all the characteristics of a luxury villa in a minimalist architectural setting. The construction of the house subtly mixes elements of avant-garde European inspiration and noble materials characteristic of the local architectural tradition such as steel and natural stone.
The particularly well studied distribution plan is functional in order to provide a comfortable environment while being practical and easy to live with.
Program :
The villa with a covered area of 1200m2 consists of 2 bodies of buildings connected by a corridor.
Building 1 includes:
• Entrance with direct view of the swimming pool
• A reception lounge, dining room with large fireplace
• An independent TV cinema lounge,
• A kitchen with courtyard and an equipped pantry,
• Guest toilets,
• A master suite: bedroom, living room, dressing room, bathroom, shower cabin, separate WC
Building 2 is made up of:
• Five bedrooms with private terrace, dressing bath, shower, separate WC.
The exteriors include:
• A large terrace adjoining the living room
• A 23m long swimming pool
• An outdoor living room open on 2 sides embedded in a large square of white roses
• An outdoor dining room
• On the city side, at the entrance, the caretaker's house includes a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom

• Adjoining the kitchen is the staff bedroom with bathroom, WC, utility room and technical room
Technical description :


Structural work: reinforced earthquake-resistant concrete frame type.

Separations: double partition in red brick with a vacuum providing insulation.

Waterproofing: it is made with a polyurethane complex including thermal and sound insulation.
Front: the windows on the front are of the sliding or pivoting type. They are all made of steel. All glazing is made of shatterproof 2/2/1 Stadip glass.

Wood joinery: oak for all doors and cupboards.

Heating: underfloor heating for building 1, by radiators for building 2; each building has an independent boiler.

Air conditioning: ducted system by zones for all bedrooms and reception, operating in both cold and hot.

Hot water production: by solar energy and boiler

Floor covering: Building 1 is in basalt hammered gray in the reception area, grooved in the other parts.
Building 2 is made of natural gray marble.

Home automation: The TV room and the bedrooms are equipped with:
Satellite TV reception
Wifi
A disconnectable alarm
For receiving images from surveillance cameras
installed outdoors.

Lighting: entrusted to a professional lighting designer for the ambiance of each space including the exteriors.
