We had an amazing stay here, way beyond our expectations. The place is beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, almost too friendly in the best possible way. You can really feel that they care about their guests.The only small downside is that the location is a bit outside the city, so you should be ready for that if you want to explore Marrakesh often. But honestly, the peace and atmosphere here made it totally worth it.We truly loved our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit Marrakesh. Highly recommend!

Lovely well appointed villa with small private pool and access to larger private pool; 3rd bedroom a liitle bare.The housekeepers, Kareema and Helena were absolutely wonderful; fantastic food, able and happy to help with any problem, including internet outage (apparently common in Morocco). They really made the holiday!! Would definitely recommend

A very relaxing two week stay in a beautiful Riad. The property was amazing - the website and photos didn’t do it justice. Very large rooms with high ceilings, lovely Moroccan architecture with design features eg.skylights . Beautiful mature gardens by the pool. Air conditioning was very effective as it was over 35 degrees every day. We stayed half board. Karima and Hannah were amazing - excellent local cuisine with lots of variety- also very flexible with timing of breakfast , lunch or dinner. I don’t understand why the location is wrong on the Vrbo website. The location is 30-40 minutes from the city. Taxi service was very efficient.(Nour) Return journey approximately 50 so probably no more than hiring a car and a lot less stressful than driving in Marrakesh. We had some excellent meals out both in the old city and Gueliz. We also did a day trip into the Atlas Mountains through Nour which was well worth doing. We also booked treatments in the Spa on site which was lovely relaxing experience at a very reasonable price. All in all a very memorable holiday.

Merci infiniment Ă  Karima et Hannan qui ont Ă©tĂ© des hĂŽtes incroyables. Des petites attentions, des plats gourmands et gĂ©nĂ©reux, une maison impeccablement tenue. Évidemment, un jardinier prĂ©sent chaque matin pour l’entretien extĂ©rieur et nettoyage de la piscine. Des chauffeurs communicants, souriants et ponctuels. Je mets 5 Ă©toiles, toutefois sachez que les trajets jusqu’à Marrakech sont de 60 et 50 en pĂ©riphĂ©rie (magasin d’alimentation par ex) la villa est Ă  environ 30 mns de Marrakech. Alors si toutefois vous aviez besoin d’acheter de l’alcool (non compris dans la pension) faites un arrĂȘt avant d’arriver Ă  votre hĂ©bergement
mention toutefois aussi spĂ©ciale, en plus de Karima et Hannan, Ă  Mohamed, qui nous a transportĂ© au retour dans sa voiture hyper confort et qui parle du Maroc avec beaucoup d’amour et qui nous a offert un trajet trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Great property

We stayed at this property for a week and had a wonderful time. The Riad and garden are absolutely beautiful and extremely well maintained. The food prepared by Hannan was delicious. The only little disappointment was that, after a really long trip to get there, nothing was waiting for us for our arrival. We would have loved a little collation to welcome us ( a tea and water with little something to munch on would have made a big difference). This would have made our arrival a lot nicer. I would not recommend the spa as it was less than great and quite pricey. Overall a great property and we will be happy to go back next year!

Same as ever - wonderful

This was our third stay here – we have been annually for the last 3 years – each time we stay we add a couple of extra couple of nights so now up to 9!! We just love it but we go for a week of complete peace and quiet. Only two of us stay here so we have half a villa each as go with friend! We read, we eat divine meals - this year spent 90% of day in pool with hat and book! We just love the whole atmosphere of the villa and as everyone says Karima & Hanane just make it. We go full board and always look forward to the next meal – always beautifully prepared and delicious. Added bonus this year was lovely new mattresses which arrived on Day 2 - sumptuous! I rarely sleep but here is one place where I just do and probably due to it being so stress free and lovely and very comfy. Spa's in evening help. Just booked for next year! Highly recommend but don't you dare nab our dates!!!

Un bel espace

La maison est spacieuse et les trois chambres aussi. Elle se trouve Ă  environ 30 minutes en voiture de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le salon est agrĂ©able et le jardin, trĂšs fleuri, dispose d’une belle piscine. Karima et Hannane sont adorables et trĂšs attentionnĂ©es. La demi-pension est flexible entre dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner, et les plats sont variĂ©s. Deux petits bĂ©mols : les matelas sont usĂ©s et devraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s, et au petit dĂ©jeuner, un seul petit verre de jus d’orange par personne nous a semblĂ© un peu juste.Globalement, un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour !The house is spacious, as are the three bedrooms. It's about a 30-minute drive from Jemaa el-Fna Square. The living room is pleasant, and the flower-filled garden with pool is lovely. Karima and Hannane are kind and attentive. Half-board is flexible between lunch and dinner, with varied meals. Two downsides: the mattresses are worn and should be replaced, and breakfast includes only one small glass of orange juice per person, which felt a bit limited.Overall, a very good stay!

Wonderful vacation

My family and I would recommend this house in the rural area outside Marakesh city. We were 7 people, 4 adults and 3 kids and the house was perfectly fitting to our needs. Wonderful rooms, a great outdoor area with a garden and a little yard for the kids to play in. The pool was nice and the staff came to clean it every day.The booking process through VRBO were without any problems and the host was responding to any questions we had doing the process.We got picked up in the airport by a driver who took us to the house.We had our own housemate who cleaned the house and cooked us the most delicious meals. We had chosen the half board (breakfast and dinner) but she made lunch the day we stayed in the house.The surroundings in the locked in area where the house is located was nice, with small pads with turtles and fish. A tennis court and boulcourt was also available.The driver who picked us up in the airport, could take us anywhere we wanted to go and he also arranged a trip to the mountains.Be aware that the house is located outside the city and you need to go by car to go to the city and to the supermarket if you want to buy some groceries. The distances in the description is a bit off.Overall we had a unforgettable vacation covering everething we needed.

Perfect and relaxing Winter Break

This villa was a brilliant stay for me and wife and 3 kids. The property was a perfect size with three really good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The garden and pool area worked really well and everything was very well kept and clean. The real bonus of this property was Karima and Hannan with the amazing food and keeping the property clean so we really felt like it was a holiday for us as well as the kids!

New Year 24/25

Stayed from 27th December until 3rd January on the half board package, absolute treat came back very relaxed. This was our second visit to Marrakesh and had planned to do a lot more sight seeing and trips this time, but the weather was so nice and warm and lovely the villa so relaxing and accommodating we took the opportunity to chill, Our party was 2 families of 6 adults there was enough space for everyone to have their own space. Paid extra for the heated pool which was very beneficial.Villa itself is on a nice complex which was at one time very exclusive but seems to have lost its way a little bit, there is a nice spa you can book treatment with but the clubhouse and main pool is not used. Arrived very late on 27th and Karima the lovely housekeeper had remained on to feed us a homemade two course dinner prepared earlier by her sister Hanana who is the chef. Nothing is too much for Karima who is very proficient and caring. Breakfast is traditional Moroccan and lunch / dinner is two courses always freshly prepared in the villa kitchen that day, desserts are to die for. If you have specific requests just speak with them, both really accommodating.Villa is located 20 - 30 mins (traffic dependant) from central Marrakesh, used Nour (Villa recommended taxi company) to arrange the journeys in his own modern vehicles which was 300 dhms (25) each way & extra 100 dhms if you stop at the supermarket. All very easy to book and arrange.Great holiday, thanks Rob & team.

Nous avons passĂ©s 5 jours dans cette villa et nous nous y somme rĂ©gales . MalgrĂ© la distance du centre ville (25 minutes que nous avons fait avec rachid le chauffeur ou en taxi : compter environ 20€ le trajet), cette villa, au calme, fut notre coin de paradis avec notamment sa belle piscine. Et que dire des repas prĂ©parĂ© par la gouvernante : variĂ©s et surtout dĂ©licieux (le prix de la demi pension Ă  26€ les vaut largement). Encore merci. Je recommande cette location

Perfect 'get away from it all' retreat

2nd time staying here and booked for next year. Go with friend for just complete relaxation - sun, books, spa and we love it. Spoilt having villa for 2 of us - big en-suite room each. Icing on cake is being catered for so we literally have to do NOTHING! Early evening go to the Spa onsite and have different treatment which is wonderful. Suspect this will be our yearly treat for many years to come! Everyone always welcoming and friendly/helpful.

Ultieme rust en ontspanning in een prachtige villa

Ons verblijf was fantastisch. Een zeer mooie en sfeervolle villa met een prachtige tuin en zwembad met volledige privacy. S’avonds hebben we genoten van de mooie verlichting zowel in de binnenruimte als buitenruimte. We kozen voor ontbijt en lunch, s’avonds reden we naar het centrum en dat op 30min afstand is.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour absolument merveilleux dans la villa ! La maison Ă©tait parfaite pour nos deux familles, les chambres et les salles de bain sont vastes, trĂšs propres et ultra confortables. Le jardin et la piscine Ă©taient parfaits pour des moments de calme aprĂšs l’agitation de la ville. Fatima et Hannane Ă©taient des cuisiniĂšres hors paire et de vrais anges qui nous ont rĂ©galĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour. Leur cuisine est variĂ©e, fraĂźche et dĂ©licieuse. Le domaine est calme et trĂšs beau, les balades au coucher du soleil dans les jardins Ă©taient plus qu’agrĂ©ables. Tout est fait pour que les vacances soient reposantes tout en Ă©tant Ă  30 minutes du centre et de tous les sites Ă  visiter. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© vraiment heureux d’y passer du temps et nous n’hĂ©siterons pas Ă  recommander la maison autour de nous. Merci Rob, Fatima et Hannane!

Private Villa just outside Marrakech

Wow this place is absolutely stunning. It's clean, safe quiet and beautiful. The pool and villa are cleaned every day. We went half board and were cooked some great local and traditional food. I would recommend these villas.

Nice relaxing family holiday

I stayed at this really nice villa with my wife and 2 children aged 9 and 7. The villa itself is impressive and well laid out and furnished, it has a traditional Moroccan theme, with a lovely garden at the back. The swimming pool is a good size for young children. It is in a secure gated complex, which also has a spa which is useful. The villa, gardens and the area around it were well maintained, and was nice to walk around. The complex also had a tennis court, table tennis, football court and communal swimming pool. The villa was approximately a 30 minute drive from Marrakech which suited us as we mainly wanted to mainly spend time in the villa with a couple of days to explore Marrakech. The driver Rashed was very friendly, and was available for our use whenever we needed. He also took us to the atlas mountains for a day trip which was done for a reasonable cost. We opted for the half board, the food was home made and prepared by the chef and was traditional Moroccan cuisine. We agreed that these were the best tajines we had ever tasted! Karima was the housekeeper, and was friendly and polite during our stay. She would accommodate us whichever time we wanted dinner. We would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Tranquil and eye opening

On the outskirts of Marrakech, the villa was relaxed, comfortable and peaceful. Catering provided by Karima was wonderful. Access into Marrakech was made easy by the arrangement the owners have with a local taxi firm and our driver, Rashid, knew his way around, was always on time and negotiated quite startling traffic with ease. The eye opening bit was the opportunity to see Moroccan life on the streets as well as in high quality restaurants.

Amazing Get away

The property was amazing and the team who cooked for us made it even more enjoyable. My kids who are finicky in nature ate their meals.

Unforgettable week in Marrakech

We have just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning Marrakech villa, and it would be remiss of us not to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the authentic architecture and elegant design, seamlessly blending Moroccan tradition with modern comfort. The welcome was warm and personalized. The on-site team immediately made us feel at home, responding to all our requests with exemplary professionalism. A huge thank you to Karima for her unfailing kindness and efficiency. The villa itself is a sanctuary of peace. The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The pool, surrounded by a lush garden, was our favorite spot to relax after a day of exploring the Medina. We particularly enjoyed the Moroccan cuisine prepared on-site. Each meal was a delight, and the local flavors took us on a culinary journey well beyond Marrakeck. In summary, this stay exceeded all our expectations. We are leaving with unforgettable memories and the certainty of returning very soon. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking an authentic Moroccan experience combined with luxury and comfort.
