Bel appartement confortable. Idéalement placé par rapport aux remontées mécaniques et aux commerces.Si l'occasion se représente, nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Excellente semaine de ski !

Appartement très bien placé à proximité du télésiège Casse du boeuf (200 m en très très légère montée) et des commerces. Il est très spacieux et entièrement équipé. Les couchages sont très confortables. Belle vue sur la montagne.

Great flat and not so great landlord

If it wasn’t for the property owner, I’d have given 5 stars and recommended this property. Well located, spacious and well equipped. The property owner is willing to make money by renting his flat but isn’t ready to accept any inconvenience that comes with it. A few examples below: 1) He charged us a disproportionate amount for stains on his tablecloth. This was on top of the cleaning fee paid directly to the cleaning lady. The rental was for a family including two toddlers (less than 2 years old) so it is easy to understand that a tablecloth won’t remain immaculate. He argued that the tablecloth should have been washed before leaving and not left to the cleaning at the checkout. I struggle to understand this argument but, in any case, the amount charged was completely disproportionate and I have the strange feeling that he just wanted to buy new tablecloths paid for by his tenant. 2) We were asked to pick up the keys at the ski rental shop across the street upon arrival. The keys weren’t there when we arrived and the person at the shop had no idea about it. After calling the owner, it appeared that the cleaning lady hadn’t cleaned the apartment from the previous rental yet so we ended up waiting 90mins in front of the building. No indemnification proposed. 3) The owner didn’t give us access to the ski lockers pretending these were small and not secured. This is obviously because they leave their equipment in there. This leaves no other choice than leaving the skis on the flat’s balcony. This is already quite annoying but, on top, the landlord was annoyed that the cleaning lady had to clean the balcony. Whereas the only reason that this balcony was used in the first place is because he doesn’t give access to the lockers !

Comme à la maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Remi. L'appartement est plus grand qu'il n'y parait, il est bien agencé, bien fournis et on se sens vraiment comme à la maison. L'emplacement est idéal. Bref nous reviendrons !

Sejour Villeneuve la Salle

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour a 6 dans cet appartement : localisation tres commode pres des pistes et des commerces. L’appartement est tres bien equipe, tres bien expose avec de jolis vus du sejour et des chambres sur le domaine. La literie est impeccable ce qui est tres appreciable. Nous relouerons a coup sur cet appartement. Merci aux proprietaires !

Séjour du 23 février au 2 mars 2019

Nous allons chaque année une semaine aux sports d'hiver à Serre Chevalier. De toutes les locations que nous avons connues, celle-ci présente incontestablement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Très bien située, les remontées mécaniques sont vraiment toutes proches à pied, ainsi que les commerces. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture pendant une semaine. L'appartement est bien orienté avec une agréable vue sur l'arivée des pistes et les montagnes. Il est spatieux, fonctionnel et confortable. La cuisine et les salles de bain ont été rénovées sans doute récemment. La literie est excellente. Il y a tous les accessoires et les ustensiles dans la cuisine pour ceux qui aiment se préparer de bons plats. On voit qu'il s'agit d'un appartement pas uniquement destiné à la location. Des tableaux aux murs, des livres, de la musique, des jeux de société. On s'y sent bien. On aurait apprécié un deuxième wc, mais ce n'est pas toujours possible dans un immeuble collectif. En conclusion, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Patrick, Dominique

Appartement à conseiller

Très belle appartement. Super confortable, spacieux et très très bien situé! La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et répond très vite aux questions. Bien que nous n'avons quasi pas fait à manger dans l'appartement, celui-ci dispose de tout le matériel de cuisine nécessaire et ne semble manquer de rien! Seul petit bémol mais qui n'enlève rien aux confort et qui en définitive ne nous a pas du tout manqué est l'absence de WIFI. En résumé un grand 5 étoiles pour ce magnifique appartement.

Lovely clean, fully equipped apartment very close to the lifts.

Valerie was very helpful during our stay, there was a little confusion over check in but this was soon resolved and the hosts answered any queries quickly. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of space for 6-7 people, with 2 bathrooms a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is fabulous, right at the foot of the slopes, very close to the lifts and the shops. We would definately stay again!
