50m from the lake, up to 5 people, 60m² apartment in a house facing the Forest and 10 minutes from the ocean beaches.

Ideal for family or couple vacations.

The fully equipped kitchen is adjoining a large terrace which allows you to take your meals, barbecue, and bask in the sun.
Lounge, TV, internet access, free wifi.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
A fold-out sofa bed at bedtime in the large living room
Bathroom (shower) and separate WC.

In the garden (800m2), terrace of over 100 m2 with chairs and tables for lunch or dinner under the pergola, equipped with a barbecue ready to make you smell the holidays.


Sheets are not provided (Provide sheets for beds 140 x 200)
Possibility of the services of a babysitter for an additional charge.

Thomas was always quick to respond to messages and questions. The property was in good order, warm and comfortable. It has a spacious living area with good non slip flooring, which suited our elderly dog. The garden is large and fully fenced so perfect for children or pets. A great location on the shores of the beautiful Lake Hourtin and well placed to explore the Médoc peninsula. I would love to come again.

Ein großartiges Appartment mit viel Platz.- Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Schöne Einrichtung, die Fotos auf der Website sind nicht aktuell.Wenn man alle großen Fenstertüren geschlossen hält, ist es schön kühl. Die Lounge Möbel lassen sich schnell unter die Bäume stellen, wenn es zu heiß wird. Wir haben den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse sehr genossen.

Sehr nette Wohnung, absolut ruhig, alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die wind-und regengeschützte große Terrasse geht in einen noch größeren Garten über. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Schritte, auch einige Restaurants am kleinen Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Thomas ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die aktuelle Ausstattung und Möblierung übertrifft den aktuellen Internauftritt übrigens um einiges!! Jederzeit wieder. Claudia

Petite maison très propre, avec terrasse et grand jardin (notre chien était heureux), très proche du lac et du port ( pas du tout de nuisances sonores). Wohnung "voller Fuß"

Die Wohnung entspricht voll der Ausschreibung. Die Küchengeräte sind relativ neu, Herd mit Induktionskochfeld, Spülmachine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle.Sehr geräumiger Kühlscharnk! - Leider fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Für zwei Erwachsene prima geeignet, für 4 bedingt. Die Lage ist top: 10 Min. mit Fahrrad ins Dorf, wo man alles Wichtige f d Aufenthalt kaufen kann. Sehr guter Fischhändler und Fleischer sowie Bäcker und ein Supermarkt der Mo- So geöffnet hat. Radwegenetz ist vielfältig und leicht erreichbar. See ist wunderschön und hat einige sehr schöne Badeplätze, mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar. Den Atlatntik erreicht man per Fahrrad in ca 45 Min. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Windschützte, sehr große Terrasse nach Südwest. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
