Location bien placee

Location proche de la plage, très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Très bien équipée (jeux et jouets très appréciés), linge de maison et de plage, vaisselle de toute sorte. Petit patio devant la maison agréable avec l’ombre d’une grande bignone. Accueil très sympathique. Seul inconvénient, lorsqu’il fait très chaud, les ventilateurs fournis sont insuffisants et une vraie climatisation serait la bienvenue. Un rafraîchissement des peintures serait aussi nécessaire.ainsi que des fenêtres avec double vitrage.

Deuxième année que nous venons et sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Petite maison très bien équipée, très propre et très bien placée à deux pas de la plage et près du Centre. La propriétaire est très sympathique, ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Location confortable et idéalement située

Une petite maison très agréable, avec terrasse ombragée, à quelques mètres de la plage et quelques minutes à pieds des commerces ! L'emplacement est vraiment idéal. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et renseignées sur les activités et les restaurants de la ville. Tout le linge de maison est mis à disposition, ainsi que des jeux et matériel de plage, un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons cette location !

très bonne location à deux pas de la plage dans laquelle nous sommes revenus avec plaisir

petite maison de ville, avec terrasse ombragée très agréable en cas de grosses chaleur et pour plus d’intimité. Comme l'année dernière, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'arriver dans une maison bien aménagée, où les lits sont fait et le linge de maison est fourni, à quelques pas de la mer et de la bibliothèque de plage, proche du centre ville etc... L'accueil est très chaleureux et attentif. En résumé une très bonne location dans laquelle nous sommes revenus avec plaisir.

100m de la plage charmente maison avec terrasse privative

la chambre enfants est nulle, c'est un couloir! la terrasse privative est invivable a cause de tout ce qui tombe de l'arbre nous l'avons utilisée 1 fois! le Bd est plus que bruyant et la pièce à vivre est encombrée de mille objets inutiles. Je suis très déçue.

Sincèrement, je ne comprends pas ce message inutilement méchant.Depuis trois ans que je loue la maison, je n'ai eu que des commentaires ultra positifs (voir notamment celui de la locataire juste avant).Je fais effectivement tout pour améliorer la maison chaque année pour que les gens se sentent bien mais je ne peux pas effectivement empêcher que les feuilles tombent des arbres.

La personne qui nous a reçus était fort sympathique. Dans la maison il y a tout, même les jeux de plage pour les enfants. Propreté, confort, idéalement placé à 5 mn de la plage à pieds, et 10 mn du centre-ville. Il y a très peu de bruit, pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants c’est idéal. Vivement les prochaines vacances. Merci aux propriétaires et à la personne qui nous à reçu.

Sympathiek en erg mooi verborgen plekje

Kleine maar ideale vakantiewoning: frisse keuken, mooie leefruimte, goede bedden, degelijke badkamer, maar bovenal: fantastisch terras... en dat op wandelafstand van de zee en het centrum van Valras. Ook zeer goede opvolging door de mensen ter plekke, die je advies op maat geven. Een aanrader!
