Built in the 15th century on a granite block in the heart of Sidobre, this stately mill has survived the centuries whilst keeping intact its turbines and wheels which always turn there for visitors.

Gabriele and Jean-Pierre offer their comfortable cottages for a quiet stay in the nature, the rhythm of birdsong and the murmur of the river, in a relaxing setting where time seems to stand still.
Our neighbors are called fox, deer, deer, duck, owl, otter, heron, hawk, trout, crayfish ...

In summer the days are warm and sunny and the nights are cool and very starry (no light pollution). Protected by mountains and forests that surround us, we enjoy a micro-climate that hides of (good) surprises ...

Sidobre is a unique location and spectacular sites are open to visitors all year. You are not far from Castres, city of Jean Jaurès, Gaillac, Lautrec, Albi, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Carcassonne, ... What largely complete 14 days of vacation! All cottages feature a briefcase full of tourist information of the area.

The guided tour of the Mill is offered to our guests during their stay. Jean-Pierre you will plunge into the turbulent past of our mill, totally involved in local history, between the Albigensian Crusade and the Wars of Religion, as if you were there! Emotions guaranteed ...

The Gite Paul Corbière:
Installed in an outbuilding of the old mill, adjoining an identical cottage, on 2 levels, with ground floor independent entrance through the terrace, lounge area with sofa bed, dining area, open kitchen very well equipped (stainless steel cookware) , shower room, separate toilet. By scale miller you go to the room with a bed 160x200 and a single chair bed 1 person 90x200. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. Terrace with table, chairs, relaxed, parasol and barbecue.

Very high season (July & August): weekly rental only, with arrival AND departure on Saturday,
From September to June: from 2 nights, with arrival and departure on the day of your choice

Rent: from 380 € to 580 € / week; from 130 € to 170 € stay of 2 nights
