Thx Imran for your review and for the good points you noticed. I was very surprised and disappointed by the others: - The utilities are written in the ad, and it is clearly mentioned that renters would pay for!! The utilities are calculated on meter reading that renters take and are not charges 5 times as you say. Even more and you know it, I reduced the calculated amount. Electricity is expensive in the country, then, to make economies for the renters, I reduced the renting price and every person pays for its own use; that is more fare for renters and for the environment. - The linen are not mentioned in the ad, and nearly all the renters bring their own linen, - You did not claim about AC which was functioning before your arrival. You claimed only the last day!!! Then how to fix it ? - The water pressure were due to some work with the water company in the area, after your departure the work finished and a good pressure was back. - The renters are asked to give back the apartment tidy and to have cleaned the dishes and live the house hold appliances cleaned (fridge, oven, ..). Never asked to leave the apartment cleaned…!!! Besides that, you did not leave the apartment clean and I did not ask for extra fees? I wished you was more impartial and fare in you review for the other renters, and if you read the others reviews, you would see that nearly all of them are very very positives Rgds

Merci beaucoup Pierre. Effectivement, j'ai bien noté tes indications pour mettre quelques équipements supplémentaires dans la cuisine, qui d'ailleurs, ne faisaient pas partie des équipements indiqués sur mon annonce. J'ai bien pris note et je ferais de mon mieux pour les mettre dès que possible et de les inclure dans l'offre. Ces même équipements n'avaient pas été indiqués par les précédents locataires... Merci pour ta gentillesse et cela m'a fait un grand plaisir de te compter parmi mes locataires.

Le locataire est une personne très cordiale et très charmante. Je regrette l'incident de l''eau chaude qui n'a été signalé que la veille du départ et qui était dû à l'extinction de la veilleuse du chauffe eau après un courant d'air. Le rétablissement d l'eau chaude a été fait immédiatement après que l'information ait été communiquée et par téléphone, j'ai expliqué à la locataire comment rallumer la veilleuse !!!! La zone de la Marina est très touristique et très animée surtout les mois de juillet & août. Le reste de l'année c'est très calme.
