Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

Located on the Coastline of North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire. This motel room is about 280 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress.

This motel room is equipped with a private bathroom, futon style couch, Queen size bed, kitchenette, Full size refrigerator, 43" HD Smart TV & silent mini split AC and heating.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

*We do not provide beach towels, shampoo or conditioner* 1 parking spot per room. This is a motel building with 6 motel rooms. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This room is pet friendly. Pet fee applies.

Location is great

Location is what you are paying for here. Great to be right across from the beach and have a parking space. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Beds need to be updated and showers need cosmetic repair.

Great stay with dog

We had a very nice weekend visit. It was a major plus being able to take our dog. Price was extremely reasonable. Right across the beach so it was nice walking in the morning. The parking was tight but we knew that to begin with. We would stay here again.

4th of july

Great place to stay if you want a beach stay , but also peace and quite. It is on the north side of Hampton which is more quite and family friendly. We also did not have to leave hotel to see fireworks off the beach. I recommend this location if you want a long weekend break from the hustle of everyday life

No frills, went for the beach

It was small but right across the street from North Beach. Relatively quiet & pleasant. Just what we needed for a quick end of summer overnight getaway- with a beach! Perhaps a little pricey but it was Labor Day weekend.

Hampton beach

Exactly as described/pictures. Right across from the beach. Very clean. Walls were thin so we could occasionally hear other occupants but the host provided complimentary ear plugs. We did not need them. Pet friendly so keep in mind if you have pet allergies. Overall a great place to stay very clean and close to restaurants/attractions.

Okay place, great location

The location was perfect and a quick easy walk to a beautiful beach. I didn’t realize this was a motel when we booked it, its the ocean edge motel. The space itself wasn’t great and not sure it’s worth the price. Definitely outdated but has a good bed. The air conditioning didn’t work and the outlets kept tripping off and on all day/ night. For one night it was fine, but not sure I’d spend more than that

Hi Katherine! So sorry you didn't enjoy your stay - but the air conditioning does work. If the outlet on it was tripping, then the "reset" button probably just needed to be pressed. I was not aware this was happening so I didn't have an opportunity to tell you this.

It was fine...

Very small space. The listing says room for an air mattress so you can sleep 4 people but I would consider that a stretch. 2 adults and 2 kids in this space was so incredibly cramped. The air conditioner also did not work which was a major letdown. It kept turning on and off constantly and wouldn't let you change modes. I was concerned about a fire so had to unplug it. 4 people in this hot stuffy room... we slept horribly. The only awesome thing about this room for us was the close proximity to the beach. For the price we paid for one night we definitely won't be back. One hundred fifty a night for seafood fest weekend was fine, but after all of the vrbo fees I paid double that for a tiny, hot room that was not big enough for our family of 4.

Hi Samantha! I'm so sorry you did not enjoy your stay! Not sure what was happening with the AC - you did not reach out to me about a problem with the AC. If you did, I would have come and fixed it for you. I'm guessing the reset button on the outlet cord would have fixed it.

Cozy and sweet

So the listing said that you could sleep four in this room but we were extremely cramped with just the two of us. There are no luggage racks or dresser so you will be living out of your suit case. The bed was comfy but it was a full size not a queen. We are fit people so it was a minor inconvenience for us, but if you’re big people, you will not be comfortable. Decor was eclectic. And parking is a major PITA. There are chairs right outside the window to sit and relax. But because parking is limited the spot right in front of our door is a parking spot for somebody in the apartment next to us and if somebody’s parked there, you’re not relaxing at all and if it’s a big vehicle, you are almost blocked in and have to move chairs to even get out. As the listing says it’s not hi-end accommodations and you get what you pay for. But the beach is great and the distance from my sister’s was ideal for us. Thank you Tyler. .

Thank you for staying! All of the beds are Queen beds - not full size beds.

Perfect place for a cozy night away

Was cheap, all kitchen tools were supplied, very comfortable place. Great presentation & great location. Walked across the road to watch the sun rise. Definitely see ourselves coming back.

Great Location and beautiful beach

We enjoyed staying here. Our room was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Parking was a little tight but other than that we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful to be able to walk across the street and be on the beach. We would definitely return.

Location, location, location

Right where we wanted to be. Super easy to get to the beach, and quiet as can be. For those of us who enjoy a low key vacation, it was great. The place could use a few updates, but otherwise had everything we needed.

Right near da beach, boy-eee

This is a hidden gem and I’m so grateful we found it. Literally right across the street from North beach. Tyler is an amazing host and was super accommodating. Thank you, Tyler!!! We had an awesome time and will definitely be coming back!!!!

Better than advertised.

I was very happy with this property. It was super clean. The location was incredible, directly across the street from the beach. The owner left ample towels, pillows and bedding. The shower was amazing - great water pressure. I would recommend this place.

Awesome spot across from beach

This was a perfect little place which included a kitchenette across from North Beach~ which was beautiful with tide pools. No complaints! Tyler was a responsive host! Definitely recommend!
