As you step inside the Fully renovated main house, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Viking stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Breville Espresso machine and coffee station, and all the essential appliances to satisfy your culinary cravings. Gather around the dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the porch picnic table, taking in the breathtaking lake views to the Green Mountains of Vermont.
The smaller Cottage house has a kitchenette,  bathroom with shower, a Queen sized bed,  a Double bunk bed, and trundle single beds. and the 7-person hot tub.
The Main house has central AC, and the Cottage has a Minisplit AC.

Relax in the open space living room with family and friends, to enjoy a movie night, or flip over the dining table-top for a friendly game of bumper pool, cards, or select something from the 50 games in the game-room/pantry.

When it's time to relax, select your rocking chair out on the spacious deck, or dock, or slip into one of the 2 soothing hot tubs. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach, skipping rocks or searching for washed up treasure. Play Basketball on the driveway, Volleyball on the back lawn, Ladderball, Corntoss, Horseshoe, Golf Putt, Croquet, or simply play catch on the Great lawn.
Sit on the dock, over the water, on the summer chairs and soak up the sun.
Catch Pike, Bass, and Perch right off the dock, or rocks in the front Bay.
The Yard is private with a combination of fence and retaining walls and a retractable driveway safety net to keep children and pets more contained.
Have your kids, and dogs, play in the yard without fear of toxins. No Roundup or any kind of pesticide or herbicide used ever! Not even fertilizers unless it's organic. So please mind the odd dandelion or wild grass. And if you book later in the season, enjoy the apples and the plums from the trees.
If you need to stretch your muscles, the garage has a small private gym with elliptical Machine, rower, and Bow Flex Extreme SE, jump rope, and Bosu ball.
At the end of a relaxing, yet fun-filled day of making lifetime memories, retire to your King Suite with cooling 100% French linen sheets, and an amazing view over the Lake to the Blue Mountains of Vermont.


Reserve 18 at the local North Country Championship Golf Course, 10 minutes away, or the Lakewood Links Golf Course 20 minutes away in Vermont? Or better yet, enter one of the many local tournaments offered each summer. Venture out and explore, hike, or simply breath in the nearby attractions. The breathtaking Ausable Chasm, is a must see, or raft, natural canyon to explore. You’ll want the afternoon to stroll through the chasm. It’s only 30 min away with waterfalls and optional river rafting.

An afternoon drive through the farm stands and antique houses of Vermont, starts 15 minutes away across the bridge, and make your way to Burlington for a little shopping at the famous Church Street Marketplace. About an hour away. Or a quick 20 minute trip to see the old town charm of Plattsburgh, founded in 1785, the State University of New York-Plattsburgh, and the Champlain Centre for the latest movies or gadgets.

With all these amenities, and 1Tbps Wi-Fi, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

Bed arrangements:
The main house has a King bed in the master bedroom, as well as a Queen size pull out Murphy bed. ( in case you want the kids close).
The second (small) bedroom in the main house has 2 beds, 1 Twin, and one Full.

So the main house can sleep 7 between the 2 bedrooms if needed.
The cottage house has a Queen size bed in the main room with the kitchenette, and the second room has a Queen size bunk bed (sleeps up to 4), as well as a trundle/couch.

The maximum occupancy is 10, set by the New York State occupancy rules and laws.
