This new state property is very well located. Ideal for holidays Mountain and close to Spain and Andorra. It is the first floor of a two story building. It is very quiet and functional with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, TV with international channels) overlooking a large living room with a fireplace and a large terrace covered. It has two rooms: one with a large bed 140 * 200 and another with 2 bed 90 including lots of storage. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (140 * 190) (nine) to achieve a capacity of 6 people. It has two bathrooms / toilets: one with bath and one with shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided as well as towels.
It has a closed garage with remote control and an outdoor parking space.
The residence has a swimming pool and a children's playground.
It is near Lake Osséja (300m) and 500m from the center.
It is ideally located to access the French and Spanish ski resorts.
Bath nearby hot springs in Llo.
You can enjoy exceptional ride of 62 km on the little yellow train paths and numerous rides Cerdagne.

Appartement tres sapcieux et bien placé. Je recommande !

Bel apparemment, spacieux et très bien équipé. Les 2 salles de bains sont très appréciables. Le grand balcon aussi. Proche du plan d'eau et des jeux pour enfants. Le contact avec les propriétaires s'est très bien passé. Bien situé car proche des randonnées et de l'Espagne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour agréable et calme

Résidence quasiment vide en cette saison hivernale donc très calme. Appartement très agréable avec de belles pièces et un grand balcon en bois avec une belle vue! La cuisine équipée est très fonctionnelle et la literie est super. Concernant les équipements, la piscine est fermée l'hiver et la cheminée enfume un peu la pièce. Petit village à 30 min de différentes stations de ski, thermes... Et à 10 min de l'Espagne ! Voiture nécessaire.

Zeer nettjes en compleet. Veel privacy en rust. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een wekelijkse schoonmaakbeurt waarbij ook de lakens en beddengoed worden verwisseld is inbegrepen. Prachtig uitzicht op het grote balkon. Voor boodschappen kun je het best naar het dichtstbijzijnde stadje op ca 7 km afstand rijden.

Excellent séjour, dans cet appartement de standing, tout en bois, avec une jolie vue et très bien entretenu aussi bien en intérieur que dans les espaces extérieurs et espaces verts. Le temps n’était pas au rendez vous pour profiter de la jolie piscine. Point central pour accéder à tous les grands lieux de randonnées, osseja est un joli petit village avec quelques commerces. Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient cordiaux et réactifs. En résumé, excellent séjour, il ne manquait que le soleil.

Appartement très agréable

Le logement est très spacieux et doté de nombreux rangements. Il est conforme aux photos. La résidence est très très bien entretenue et très calme lors de notre séjour ( dernière quinzaine de juillet ). La piscine est très agréable après une bonne randonnée, malgré qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée ( peut être fraîche quand on y rentre).
