A separate cottage of the XIX century, in the land of Castle of Preuil was enlarged and converted into a family house with 3 comfortable rooms for 6 adults and 2 children.
The modern and functional layout is designed for a comfortable and pleasant stay at Preuil.
A large living room includes sitting room, dining room and an open kitchen lets get together with family or friends.
TV and wifi are available.
The house is equipped to accommodate a disabled person including wide doors, ease of movement, a bathroom and adapted toilets and an adjustable powered bed.
The cottage has an exclusive heated outdoor pool surrounded by a large secure area.
It is accessed through a private entrance and is surrounded by a large garden providing both space and privacy.
Our guests can use the tennis court or walking the aisles of 21 ha park.

Séjour zen dans un magnifique parc
La maison est très confortable, entourée de très grands arbres et face à un immense parc. Le jardin est très grand et bien entretenu. La piscine, sécurisée, est très agréable. Le terrain de tennis est tout proche. L’intimité est totale. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et à Anja pour sa gentillesse et ses merveilleuses explications sur la vie des chevaux et poneys, nombreux sur le domaine

Entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus steht auf dem Anwesen des Schlosses und direkt in den wunderschönen, mit großen Bäumen und weiten Wiesen ausgestatteten Schlosspark eingebettet. Es hat aber, wenn man möchte, eine separate Einfahrt, so dass man nicht unbedingt über das Anwesen fahren muss.
Das Haus ist ebenerdig, was mit kleinen Kindern besonders schön ist. Außerdem gibt es viele Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen, eine Schaukel und Rutsche für Kinder sowie den eingezäunten Pool mit Sitzplatz, Liegen, Außendusche und Toilette.
Vielen Dank Pierre und Marie für euer herzliches Willkommen, die vielen Leckereien (besonders die frischen Eier und die selbstgemachten Frühlingsrollen) und vielen Dank an Anja für das Ponyreiten! Das war ein absolutes Highlight für unsere Kinder!

Our third visit, fourth is planned
The cottage is well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Spacious living area with a good kitchen. Top marks for the warm, very clean swimming pool.
This year we stayed for three weeks, including two very hot ones. It was lovely to be lazy and just enjoy the cottage, gardens and pool. Our hosts looked after us well, and as ever made us feel very welcome.
The area is quiet France, small villages rather than big tourist attractions. This suited us very well. There is a good Intermarche about 10kms away, along with a few markets. We did not go hungry.
About 450kms from Dieppe which we drove avoiding all main roads. We are going back next year.
