"Les Landaises" Pedestrian residence between lake and ocean close the international golf course of the Ardilouse (18 holes). This semi detached house on 2 levels is ideal for four people. The main room, serving as a living/dining room has a kitchen area. Upstairs, access the rooms, the first of which is equipped with a double bed, the second of twin beds, shower room includes, shower, sink and toilet. You will benefit from a fenced terrace equipped with garden furniture (view : inside of the résidence), a numbered outdoor car park at the entrance of the residence (possibility to unload your luggage in front of the house). Join the beach, shops, restaurants, glaciers and surf schools at 2,5 km, golf at 1 km and the lake at about 2.5km (REF 02316)

Wunderschöner Ort, aber Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen

Lacanau ist ein toller Ort und wir lieben es. Das Meer und die Strände sind einfach wunderschön. Leider war die Ferienwohnung eher gruselig. Eine Grundreinigung und Sanierung ist hier längst überfällig.

Lage gut, im Waldgebiet Ausstattung ok, Küche alt und disfunktional. Keine Arbeitsfläche, Weitwinkelfotos täuschen Betten ok, Zimmer müssen dauerbelüftet werden, riechen muffig, Teppichböden renovierungsbedürftig. 2x Wasserschaden durch defekten Toilettenzulauf. Wurden entschädigt nach Reklamation. Sicherer und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Zugebuchtes WiFi schwach.

Maison agréable et bien située

Petite maison bien équipée et bien située, entre lac et océan. La résidence est très sympa mais la terrasse manque d'intimité. L'agence qui gère le bien est très disponible et aimable. Bref, bon rapport qualité prix

Bon séjour !!

Résidence familiale et piétonne, maisonnette petite mais super bien agencée. place de parking à coté. Tout est à proximité en vélo, les pistes cyclables sont superbes. le lac offre de nombreuses activités, la mer vous charme par ses vagues. L'agence qui gère est super PRO et les gens sympas, bref on reviendra !! CB
