We had a great stay, we had everything we needed. Host communicated well. The house was close to the highway and in a center location. The upstairs is a warm at first but with the fans on it actually gets colder at night. Kitchen was well equipped. I think the only thing I can say that needs a TLC is the bathtub that has some mold but besides that everything was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for a week long stay in Grand Rapids. The kitchen was well-equipped to allow us to make a few meals at home. Air conditioner worked well on the first floor but was not quite as effective upstairs. Fans were provided, which did help. Easy check in and easy to find. Convenient and relatively quiet location with lots of places to eat nearby. We would stay here again!

Jay was very helpful when the a c went out, but it took a couple emails to let him know that a repairman was needed. He was gracious to refund some of our payment because of that. I was not aware that the upstairs does not get the A. C. so it was pretty hot up there where the two smaller beds are situated. everything else was good.

Thank you for your patience when the AC went out, and I'm sorry it took a few messages to get a repair scheduled. Thanks for mentioning the upstairs as well. We'll make the listing clearer that the AC mainly cools the first floor and that fans are provided upstairs. – Jay

The host was great. Communication was very good. Everything was clean. The kitchen was good for cooking some meals. The only thing lacking was a table to seat four people for dining or playing a board game. The location was great for accessing activities in Grand Rapids.

The property was excellent, very comfortable, clean, easy to find and access. Very Nice, I’ll stay again. Only reason I gave a 4 on communication is my flights were cancelled due to weather and I got there a day late & im still trying to get a refund for that evening. The home owner QND VRBO REPs are telling me I have to work with house and the host say, I have to work with the host. This is frustrating! Otherwise, the host was very responsive to everything else!! Still working on a resolution. I also got trip insurance and I’m trying to figure out how I can resolve. Thank

Thank you for the kind words about the house. I'm sorry about the weather delay and the frustration over the missed night. If that's still unresolved, please reach out through Vrbo and I'll help however I can with your trip insurance claim. – Jay
