Chic Modern Condo in Historic Charleston

After a busy day of adventure in the city, it`s nice to come home to a modern apartment decorated in calming neutral tones. Kick back on a couch and catch a movie on TV. Relax under a hot shower and get a good night`s sleep between crisp bed sheets.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

The apartment is in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood where the streets are dotted with restored homes, boutiques, vintage shops, and bakeries. Trendy eateries, and bars for craft beer and cocktails are in the area.

Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:

The condo was clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, lots of great food options very close by. Booking and checking was easy, parking available behind the unit. Getting to the historic district is easy, we walked some days and took the dash bus/trolley other days, bus stops close by. I would stay here again.

Great place but a bit off the beaten path

The condo was perfect and absolutely beautiful!! The only bummer was that it was almost two miles to east bay and king street so we had to uber a lot. But there’s a great coffee shop right across the street and a beautiful park in walking distance. I would definitely recommend to people who don’t mind walking a lot.
